I’ve been doing business with this store for about 13 years. Today I experienced something I wasn’t pleased with. I waited behind a customer that had paid and continued to talk to the rep. The rep continued on with her for so long. I was in pain. I had to leave and go to Auto Zone and spend $300 for parts I normally get from O’Rielys. I have been recommending people to here
Don't use oriellys in McComb. I walked up to the door at 9:50 and the guy locked the door in my face. I have spent a lot lot lot of money there BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!!!

My intercourse here was excellent and I was treated with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend a visit. If not for parts then anything needed for matinence or some desperately needed upgrades or recall retrofits.
I don’t recommend going here if you need your battery and alternator tested. We arrived Saturday morning 4/6/2024 around 10 AM. My fiancé approached the counter and let them know we were there needing our battery and alternator tested. He was told they would assist us when they cleared the people that were already in there out. He stood there for about 10 minutes then came out to check on our 7 month old son and I sitting in the car. He went back in and continued to wait for assistance from an employee. At this point we had been there for about 30 minutes. My father called the store to let them know we were still there and needed help. This was before my fiancé could make it up to the counter to notify them we still needed assistance. My father was told on the phone “alright, we’ll send someone out to test” then my fiancé overhead what I’m assuming is the manager tell the employee “they will just have to wait, we have other people to assist”. At this point my father decided he was going to come up there and handle things because we were beyond frustrated. After being there for a total of one hour and my father having to show up and ask them why they couldn’t just come and assist us, especially since we were made to wait so long with a infant in the car, he was told “well we can assist them when we have time”. We had been there for an hour at this point. Does Oreillys not view customers needing testing before purchasing a product as actual customers? How was it okay for them to continue taking customers who came in after my fiancé and pushing us back? We should have been assisted before anyone else that came in after us. Absolutely ridiculous and we will not spend another dime at this location. Need to clear house and get management who actually cares about their customers.
Normally I like O’Reilly’s but this is the 2nd time they have given me the wrong oil filter for my truck & that’s a major inconvenience! I live 30 miles from the McComb, MS store so it’s a 60 mile round trip & an hour waisted out of my day.
The first time it happened I told them to make sure they had my truck info in their system correctly & to please not make the mistake again. I reminded the sales person of the previous mistake & asked if he was sure this one is correct & he assured me it was.
I’m attaching a picture of the filters. The big one was taken off the truck & the little one is what U was sold. They’re not even close in size!

This store is the absolute best O'Reilly's I have ever stopped at. We are travelling from Baton Rouge back home to Iowa and our alternator crapped out. Tommy, Rosa, Mya (spellings?) Helped us find a mechanic that was able to make it to the nearest location that had the parts we needed to get us back on the road. We are so grateful to have had bad luck in such a warm welcoming place! Thank you all!!!
Saved me! I was a few hours away from home and my battery died in the pouring rain. Advance refused to help I pulled up to O'Reilly and these guys went out of their way to get me taken care of!
Great service! I love stopping here because they are so helpful. Had a reverse light out and they helped me find exactly what I needed and even let me know the difficulty level of the change.
Store was well stocked and clean. One of their associates directed me to the part I needed. The counter man was courteous and made checkout quick and easy. Good prices on needed items
Great services from Reggie an glen an ladies in commercial and people up front good place that will get you what you want when u want it and if they can't they will keep trying and are honest good place good crew
Customer service has dropped way below expectations. Use to be when dialing there number without a doubt they answered but I've called within 5 minutes of pulling into parking lot may be 2 customers. But who knows may have needed a smoke break
Great parts , great price and vast selection of parts. Whitney and Reggie are great help and people. I use them every day for the parts I need for customers at my shop. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
I think it's terrible they're they have good stock but you never have I can get waited on when you want to ask something you have to wait for 10 people in line all the time and nobody ever assist you and the store just behind the counter don't like it there
Probably a good place to get your engine diagnosed. Very knowledgeable staff, more so than any other parts dealer and auto shop I've dealt with. Lots of options for your interior, engine, and exterior. Highly recommended.
