  While on my way to my Moms house right outside Hattiesburg,Ms I had a blow out close to the poplarville exit. It was around 130am in the morning and I did not have a spare. My fault I know but I had literally no extra money available until my next paycheck. I called and spoke to Mr Ivan Holiday who along with his family own the business. Ivan went out of his way to get me a tire and bring it to my location because he knew I wasn’t safe on the interstate. He changed my blown tire with a used in good condition and gave me his personal number. He was so concerned about me driving without a spare he wanted to make sure I made it home okay…. Sometimes business go above and beyond to provide customer service that is well above the norm for their customers. That’s exactly what Ivan holiday and HX4 towing did for me and I appreciate it very much. I’m taking the time to share this review because it is apparent Ivan and his family care about customers after the transaction and that is very special….: It’s also very rare….: Thank you very much for taking care of me and making sure I arrived home safe…….
