Little disappointed when we call on a Saturday morning to go get the vehicle and for found out we were being charged more than we was because the vehicle was picked up on rotation Pretty sure the young Lady was going to let us get it until that was mentioned Then would not answer the phone after saying we would get a call back After several attempts now it will have to be Monday That's just to make sure you don't loose what you already was not supposed to change right.
My truck was towed because I got pulled over and didn't have insurance and had an attachment for missing a court date nothing serious. At the time my wife and I were pretty much staying in the truck about half the time cause I'm disabled and she has a mental disability so things are bad enough and I explained all this in a msg that I had written to Mr Adam Bowers owner of BJ's towing, we had just lost my grandfather, we lost my 94 year old father in law , and the only pet I had ever had for 14 years all in the same week and Mr Bowers read my message I know this because messenger tells you this information But he couldn't take 2 minutes to reply and say anything. Last I checked about a month ago it was $1500 to get my vehicle which is a 2002 ram 1500 that has 330,000 miles on it and barley run but it was everything to us , probably couldn't get $500 for the truck on its best day , at least I was able to make a few dollars hauling stuff to scrap , but price is still going up. I understand having a business to run isn't cheap and they have to make money but a little kindness would have meant the world to us. Other than what seems to be absolutely no empathy for someone that's going through the hardest time of there life it's a great company, professional,nice equipment,very friendly office staff who let us get our belongings out of the truck,clean place just really could have used a little break so we'd still have a ride
Service was quick and easy as I was stranded on the interstate . Tow truck driver (Nick) dropped me & my car off, after hours at a local repair shop. Nick waited until someone came to pick me up before he left. Very much appreciated.

Very professional and timely!! I spoke with Susan who was extremely helpful and really pushed for my vehicle to be towed! In Less then 1hr things were moving for me! The driver was very friendy, polite and courteous.. He offered to check voltage on the battery and allowed me to see that it is short of amps. He kept me informed of whereabouts on way to pick up vehicle.
They definitely went above and beyond to help when it was needed, the call was canceled because of unavailability then they rescheduled it because the main company did not call another truck, the technician was professional and went well beyond just helping to make sure we got back on the road. Thanks and would recommend them every time
This towing company is excellent! The pickup was extremely problematic because other vehicles were in the way even after being told to move them. The drop off was just as difficult because the battery was missing and couldn't be put under neutral to roll. Aaron, the operator researched and found the emergency release. Physically Pushed the SUV in place. I think this company is excellent from Stacy's ability to communicate and keep me informed to having my vehicle safe at my home. I appreciate service like this and more companies can learn from this as an example.
Not only are these guys quick to respond but they actually care about the people they are serving! I can't say enough good things about my experience with BJ's. They were professional, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire towing process. Taylor was so helpful and treated me like it was him stuck on the side of the road from the moment he arrived on the scene. Once my truck and trailer were secured, towed and delivered to the repair facility he went the extra mile and dropped me at the door of a local hotel making sure I was safe and not left stranded somewhere. He brought my Cadillac to Mobile (my choice of dealer)from Waveland and had a helluva time getting it on his truck as it would not go in neutral. Man the gentlemen came out quick, i thought that I was gonna be there for 2 hrs like any order tow company, but man he came in a jiffy. Very polite , very professional, and assured me that my vehicle was gonna be transported with no problems. All in all very successfull with the pick up and delivery.
The driver was very nice . He took the vehicle to the dealership and checked it in with the service department. Oh yeah, did I mention that he drove from Picayune MS to Lacombe LA Just so we didn't have to have it towed twice at 3 am.
I received a 38 mile towing service from Aaron at BJ’s towing via Tesla roadside assistance. He brought myself and my vehicle to a location to be serviced. Aaron was very professional and it was a pleasant and actually enjoyable experience to have my vehicle towed! Thank you!

The time and care they took with me was by far the best customer service I have seen. The guys were patient and tried to keep me calm while working with my uncooperative vehicle. I have to admit that your driver got to me after waiting on the other company that is only 1 mile from my house and never showed up after 5 hours, A-1 towing is a company that I will NEVER use for anything. I called A-1 towing to see what time would the driver get here and then to tell me that the driver would be here by 5pm and never show up. After Cadillac service called me back to say your driver was coming and arrived about a hour later and got the job done. If I’m ever in trouble again your company will be on my list to call for help.
