Tried to call them but nobody answered the phone that's not good you always have to have someone who answers the phone. I mean that's part of business so I'm disappointed. Everyone who has a business will tell you that. Always have someone to answer the phone. Plus you already have another complaint for being rude.
Bill, Brenda and the rest of the team were awesome (took time to explain and guide us), knowledgeable in their craft and just great human beings. Truly appreciated their help with our parts issue (dead battery, stranded). Thank ya'll.

Please tell Ronald at this location he went above and beyond to help me after all my oil leaked out of my car! I appreciate and am thankful! I will never do business with this company again, they do not honor thier warranty. The Assistance Manager Bill made us wait 5 minutes to even talk with him, then he gave us the run around about the whole warranty process which is complete nonsense. So if you buy faulty product from here make sure you buy the same product that you know will probably fail again in less than a year (lifestyle warranty and 2 year warranty) and pay another shop, shop fees to redue the work unless you die in a car wreck from said faulty products.

I was a mom, traveling alone with my 2 yr old. I walked in to find replacement windshield wipers. The time from me stepping out of my vehicle, to leaving was less than 5 mins. The two gentlemen inside worked together- finding my wipers (instead of searching a book on my own), and while I paid, the other gentleman installed the wipers. Amazing service and hospitality. I will visit them again!
