My wife's car's battery died this past week, I'm working in Arizona i have always gotten great service from O'Reilly in columbia. I told her to go there get a new battery. The girl that waited on her told her they would not change the battery but they had it in stock. This has never happened before. So I told to go to Autozone they was happy change it out for her.
these folks are the best they will go out Their workday to help you out Very kind employees and their patient and willing to help very hard to find nowadays AutoZone does not care about their customers as much as O’Reillys nor do they have the same drive to help them
Needed a new battery on a Sunday when most auto parts places are closed. Cole (sweetest young man) walked me through options, answered all my questions, and installed the battery with minimal fuss. Would definitely recommend.
Walked in a 3 guys just stood there silent. I had to say hi to them and ask for help as it wasn't offered even though all 3 of them were not at all busy (just talking to each other, no other customers around)
Saved my butt when I needed a car jack to change a tire after everyone else was closed and auto zone just kinda shrugged their shoulders at me. Thank yall!

Awesome people and solid parts... Of course they don't carry everything but, you can't expect anyone to.. I own mostly 80s japanese vehicles so sometimes my parts have to be ordered... I received parts on the exact day I am told every time.. 👍 true to warranty and returns and COVID safe!!
Only go there occasionally, but each time i am greeted and helped if i'm having trouble finding what i need ..
and did you know they will price match with walmart?
also, there's a woman working at the Columbia location .. cant think of her name at the moment, but she's a smart cookie when it comes to cars ..
but overall, the staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are ok .. especially if they price match the oil prices with walmarts prices ..
They are the only auto parts store I will go to because they will bend over backwards to help you and if you need to work on you vehicle you can do the work in the parking lot /and they will let you use any tool you need and help you in reasonable time.!!! I had to put brakes on my F150 they turned/refinishing the rotors for me it cost me a little but no were near the price it would have cost taking it some were else
Excellent part store...actually O'Reillys is the only store I prefer doing my business with. The only store I've could depend on for help in a bad time for trust when I didn't have every penny I needed for a part when I was on side of the highway with no one to come threw for me... just being honest" and because of the fact I REGINALD YOUNG will always be a O'Reilly customer.
