Incredible customer service & great people. Their communication & prompt tow service was greatly appreciated. If the mechanical issue is more than they can handle, they will be honest and let you know.
Mr Cooper was so helpful and kind. We had a car accident on our way back to Natchez. We were unfamiliar with the area and stranded in the middle of the night. Mr Cooper quickly came to pick us up and tow the car to the shop. So grateful!

I had a break down and my insurance company said it would be 2hrs before they could dispatch someone I found Coopers Towing online and they were quick and responsive they met me within a half and hour! They even waited for me at the tire shop to ensure I was taking care of. Great service & great people!

I give them 5 stars I am a animal transport and I broken down at 9pm they came got me and towed me to the shop and fix my van so I could get back on the road nice people I would take my work vans there any time
Poor service. Our driver (for our company) was involved in an accident and drove with the tow truck driver from the scene of the accident to the lot with the vehicle that was damaged. Cooper’s would not release his personal (or work) equipment from the vehicle without “company authorization”. I understand policies and why they are in place. But this is where management or someone in charge should be able to put 2 and 2 together and realize that this is not some stranger off the street trying to claim stuff from our vehicle. You picked him up form the scene of the accident and brought him to your lot!!! Our driver is in company uniform! We have two company managers call to authorize and our fleet management company call, and they need “written authorization”. This all happened at time of closing so of course, couldn’t get our equipment out so that we can go to work tomorrow. This could have been handled much better given the circumstance. Can’t speak for other’s experiences, but ours was bad to say the least.
I don’t know where I would be without Mr.Cooper and family. I must say there is good people in the world, Mr. Mike I am a believer it’s great people now!!! Thank you for your help and I appreciate all that you do. You will always have a seat at the dinner table…

Mr. Cooper came out on New Year's Eve at 3 in the morning and rescued my work truck which was buried up to the axle. I am no slouch at recovery but with bad winching angles and a broken bumper bolt I knew when it was time to call it quits. Mr. Cooper showed kindness and experience in recovering my truck with no damage and he even helped me to complete the job I was attempting when I got stuck. He is a true professional and his rates were extremely fair. He really came through for me in a bad situation and I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend!
Very nice man .. he has towed my car so many times before in 2018 that today when I went with a friend to check out a car he said hey Man U can have this police transmission for your crownvic not a thang is wrong with it ...
Mike and Brandon are honest guys who are fair with their rates. They are prompt when called. I reccomend them to be your first call when you need a towing service. As a repair shop owner I found them reliable and dependable. I fully trust them with my customers towing needs.
