Very friendly staff and is willing to help you out even if it cost them a sale. When I called and asked for a part I was told they didn’t have it but they looked on the computer and told me two other salvage companies that did have it.

People are cool, not a large selection of imports, and it's commonly a gamble if the part you ordered is correct for your vehicle or if it's not damaged, but the silver lining is that the parts are very cheap. Commonly cheaper then lamar auto salvage. And when you call, you often talk to the big man himself. His name is Chuck, and he and his staff are friendly. Unlike L.A.S. where you get the computer prompts.

Was looking for a front bumper on an 03 Silverado. I called. They were professional and polite. I went. They actually had it. That makes them better than the several other ones I was dealing with on this part. They had one that was off the vehicle and they said it was straight but had a very small slight dent. When installed it was almost as good as the original on the truck when new. It was a very good price and it was the only usable front bumper I could find within about 100 miles (literally). They were very busy and I spent about 45 minutes before they brought it out but that's about average when dealing with used parts businesses.
Haven’t purchased anything yet, but first time calling and was very polite. Not used to the awesome customer service now days. Next time we need parts, I will check with them first!
Great guys here. I had to vehicle that I needed to get rid of, but had no title. Chuck was more than eager to work with me and get the correct paperwork done and gave me a fair price for it.
