Anthony was very helpful and courteous. I was stuck in Brookhaven vehicle broke down, and he help me to figure out the part I needed to get me on the road. If you go to this location ask for Anthony, he was very helpful and provided great customer service. Thats what counts the most,thanks again to Anthony.
When I was in need for an obscure part that I couldn’t find anywhere I asked, this store and Trey specifically helped me on the phone for several minutes trying to find some way to assist, only for him to have a similar part in his hand that he said may work according to what he found while researching. He saved me from waiting weeks for an OEM piece to ship across state lines, and now my car runs like new. This store is great!
Don’t hire people that actually know parts. You explain and because they don’t know what the name of it is in the system they can’t figure it out. Really should be mechanically knowledgeable to work at a parts house
A young man named Marvin waited on me today. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and very well mannered. I left Brookhaven’s store very pleased and happy with the service that I received. I hope his manager realizes just how great of an employee he is. Service that he provided me is worth a drive to receive.
Came in for a car part, and the customer service guy (short fellow with short light brown hair and a round face. Never got his name) was very rude to me. Huffing and rolling his eyes at me when I hadn’t even been talking to him for 30 seconds. He was directly argumentative with me and showed no respect to the customers keeping his job secure. Absolutely awful experience and I will make sure that nobody I know comes here to experience the same disrespect I was met with.
We experienced excellent costumer service here! Mr. Dwayne was extremely helpful and even helped put our windshield wipers on in the rain! Thank you sir!! So grateful for excellent customer service!☺️👏💙
We don't need parts ofter but this is the place to go if needing something. If they don't have the part it's there next day. They also gave a law Enforcement discount.
There are great about standing behind there parts and warranty. They are very good about having the parts you need in. If they don't have your part in they will find it in other areas. I have spent probably about 1500.00 on my truck and matter of fact I call my truck a O'Reilly,s truck because I have redone alot on it and every part come from them. They are all American parts store and they treat you like a supporter and not a dollar sign. And as the world nose if Bigcountry was not happy all of my supporters would know.
