Quite knowledgeable and helpful. They aren't mechanics but if you are shopping here then you probably already have that taken care of. Good prices and friendly staff. I've been trading with this location for a long time. I'd rather shop here then any of the other big box parts stores. However you really can't beat Amazon prices.
COREY JACKSON…The black grey headed older grandpa looking man that works there is very rude! To be a “manager” his attitude is horrible! He judged me the moment I walked in. Neither associate greeted me or asked if I needed help. I went in about a part (as a woman) who doesn’t know anything about the part. All he had to say was “no ma’am we can’t such and such” instead he got really ugly. If he talks to customers like that, that he doesn’t even know, I feel sorry for the women in his life lol. Karma is real!
An absolutely great place!! My son and some friends had been to eat in Tupelo for prom and encountered tornadoes on the way home. They pulled into Saltillo for shelter until storm passed. McDonald’s would not let them in. This store was very close by. They went in and the two associates were very empathetic to them. They hung out in the store and even had to seek shelter as one storm came very close. Thank you to the store and these two associates. The parents of these kids are very thankful you allowed them to shelter here.
The staff are helpful and they provide great services. If you need to return something it gose back on your card immediately. Just have your receipt or the card you used as ti do it. Over all great experience. I had to leave my car there for a few days and they didn't tow it and helped me find the parts I needed

I’m in a pinch. I’m literally broke down at AutoZone in anutozone don’t have their shit together.
So I said to hell with it, call O’Reillys and spend the money I need to spend but no answer

Geat sales service and good people. You ask them what you need, they look it up and get it for you. Didn't know they have some lawnmower parts as well. I'll be going back there for all my parts from now on.
The company as a whole supports the military.
Used to be one of the best run stores in North MS. The staff was friendly, helpful and actually had a personality. It's on a downhill spiral since the old crew is no longer there.........
I just have to make a phone call and I have a employee that answer me very nicely and help me to get my order for next day I have been customer for several year and they have my number and name on file I like to keep this store for my auto parts always they will take care of anybody and not ask questions as long as you name is on there sistem ones you gave them your phone Number..! I hate it for Autozone the want your to pay on the phone when they don’t have it on stock like is your fault.!! Thank you O’relly good store nice ppl .!
Staff actually know what they are talking about and will help you find anything in the store or explain how things work and they are always happy to see you even when they have a line of people
Jason Till the Assistant Manager will flat out lie to you. He ordered a starter for me and quoted me a price and said it would be in on Tuesday.
I show up on Tuesday to pick up my starter. It looked used, like someone had returned it. Do I ran home to get my core and had asked if they would check it before I left with it.
I get back with core and low and behold he left. The sales person was supposed to confirm the price and all. Well, she said he didn't say that and I could take it or leave it. I will not be going back. Picked one up at Advanced next morning and it was less than oreillys. I also signed up for the perks program.. oreillys was closest but I don't mind driving the distance for better service and pricing. I have three vehicles that I love doing things to them and was going to oreillys regularly as needed.. Not anymore because of Lieing Jason Till the Assistant manager.
The guy's that was their are to of the awesome man you would want to meet they stayed out in the rain with me to make sure my car was right but it was something a little more then what I went for but they didn't give up one helping me thanks so much cesey and Joe of o Reilly of saltillo
We slid into a guard rail while traveling and this was the only place open. We stopped in to check things out and they went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. They helped us fix what was wrong and were more concerned about our well being. Great place!
