Very friendly as they steal your money from you, 350 pounds of clean aluminum and they labeled it dirty and clean to make it seem like they aren’t robbing you blind. Paying someone for dirty metal when it’s clean and broken for them is very dirty business practices but what can you expect from the city of Jackson. Won’t be back. On a plus side the cashier will be nice as she robs you blind.
I see other reviews saying they the best, well ms is outta outta hospitality. plenty of people did help and it shows some people still know that God weighs your heart. I just dont go place I dont feel welcomed. Each is own.
From a driver perspective this place is good. I came to pick up a load and the instructions were clear and the employees were great. I was backed in a dock and loaded very fast. If it wasn’t so cramped plus being forced to back in from off the road this place would be perfect. Definitely wouldn’t mind picking up here again.
