The cashier, Howard, is unprofessional and doesn’t like the work he does. He complained about installing my wiper blades that I purchased at this location, when there is a sign out front on the glass window stating “Free wiper blade installation”. He also had a problem with me asking him can I give him my phone number so that I can get points towards my O’Reilly rewards account. He actually told me, “No”, shaking his head while I was asking him about my reward points. If you go to this location, work with anyone but him. I’ve been to this store plenty of times and he has never given myself or anyone in my experience a pleasant shopping experience. He makes you want to walk next door and give your money to Autozone.
We own a shop and therefore have a business account here, so we mostly deal with the folks in the back but everyone here is great! Chris and Bailey are rockstars after 5pm😘
Excellent customer service today!! I can't remember the young man's name but he went in the back to find green coolant for my mustang!! Most places would say we don't have any. Finding green coolant is becoming more difficult. I'm forever grateful he went the extra step for me!!
I'll be driving out to this Byram location from Jackson in the future. They now have a forever customer.

When autozone wouldn't help, I came next door to the O Rilley and they were excellent. Helped me quickly and was efficient. I will be coming here from now on.
My engine light was on, I went inside to get it checked out. I then went to the dealership and the information was correct. They took the time out to help me. Very nice and patient. Plus they were older and mature.
Highly recommend this store. Chris helped me figure out some car trouble. I know nothing about cars and actually just called because I didn't know who else to ask. Some mechanics can be untrustworthy. His advice definitely helped. Thx Chris!

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about what I needed for my truck went out of their way. I had to exchange it three different times and they had no problem with it. Very friendly
I can always find what I need here and if it isn't in store they will have it delivered to store. That was my case. Needed a brand new alternator, the young lady at the counter put in an order for my alternator, said it'd be there by 7. It was there the next morning on time just like she said. She was very helpful and nice.
My mother stopped by to buy windshield wipers today after picking up my nieces from school. She says one of the store employees wanted her to buy the more expensive ones, but she wanted to stay in budget. After purchasing them, he just handed them to her without offering to install them for her. He just blankly stared her. We all know they O'reilly and Autozone installs your batteries and blades for free. My mom is older and disabled. She was totally offended by this treatment and she wont be shopping there again. I called the store to speak with someone, they apologized, but they still lost a customer. You shouldn't have to buy expensive stuff to get good service. You should provide good service because you're a good person and you care about your work.
This location has one of the best staffs, in the area. They're extremely friendly and the service is prompt. The store is clean and unlike some other auto parts stores, they always have the necessary parts...or can get them within a reasonable time frame.
Excellent staff. Always super helpful whenever i need something. They know my husband the second he walks in to pickup an online order and always have everything ready for him.

Know your vehicle, because they do not. I wanted to know if I had an external fuel filter for a '97 Jeep. The Rep said, " sure, we have them" and the guy went to the back, grabbed one and sold it to me. Needless to say, my Jeep has a fuel filter in the tank, no inline filter.
