I was at an event in the area and needed a winch installed on my trailer. I called Lewis Trailer and they told me to bring it in and they would have it back to me in a couple days. True to their word, I was able to pick up my trailer with a winch installed and also a tool box installed. The customer service was amazing! Friendly and helpful! They took my trailer off my truck and hooked it up when I returned. The cost for all the upgrades were more than resonable. 10 out 10 would recommend.
I asked them to install 5th wheel hitch rails in the bed of my truck. The folks at the counter were courteous and willing to help. I placed the order for the parts and scheduled the installation. It went downhill from there. Spent a day while they figured out they had the wrong parts. I had to come back after a new kit was ordered. Then spent another day while they struggled to correctly install them. They finally succeeded but it took far longer than it was supposed to take.
Amanda is the best to work with! Very positive and helpful! She is in it for you the Customer. I would recommend to any and everybody! I am very happy with the awesome help and purchase!

My husband called 3 weeks ago in the beginning of April and scheduled an appointment with Andrew for us to have our bearings repacked but he couldn't get us in til the beginning of May. I thought that was a little much but we scheduled anyway. Then thankfully a young lady called & said we could come early, we expected to leave our RV to have it done but she had it done that evening! Way to go Lewis Trailer Sales and way to go to the ladies running the place. Excellent customer service in my book!

The whole crew at Lewis trailers are the best and they are amazing people from the ladies at the front desk to the service guys in the back they did a great job on restoring a trailer for me and they did miraculous work, and I'm going to bring another trailer to them in 2 weeks. I recommend these people to anyone who needs a trailer repair for a good price and good honest work they don't do like the other trailer places that I won't mention who try to rip you off!! these are good hard-working honest people. Jay Lewis and crew are great. We had just arrived from Michigan and had been experiencing below 0-5 degrees temps. Upon arriving at Biloxi Bay C G I started to use the electric jack on the front of the camper to find the worm gear had cracked.
We called Lewis Trailer Sales and hit gold. Jay is a camper himself and did mobile R V service and knows the business, great to find them open on Saturday also. I purchased a 4500 E jack for a very reasonable price. We knew Camping World would have had it also but they are soooo low on our list we’re glad we didn’t use them.
So Jay thanks for your help, I had it installed in less than a hour

I'm a hotshot driver with a gooseneck trailer with brake problems. Had some scheduling problems, due to my business. But I dropped it off on a Friday evening, they got to work on it right away. They worked on it on Saturday and got me back on the road. Great service and dedication. Highly recommended.
Amazing service. We had a mechanical failure with a full 10 horse trailer while driving across the country. Spent the first few hours on a Saturday morning calling shops all around town trying to get service done so we could get home. Finally called Lewis Trailers and they were ready and waiting for us when we showed up. Pulled off the wheel, diagnosed the issue, and replaced a hub and we were back on the road in 90 minutes. They were all extremely friendly and let us wait inside with our two dogs.

A part for our dump trailer barn door broke off and I called ahead to see if they carried the part. The guy told me that he was busy with a customer but if I texted him a photo of what I needed, he would check, and text me back with a pic. He texted back with the attached pic and it seemed to fit so I drove down and bought the part. I double checked the part when I arrived back home and it seems to be an exact match for the old part. I now need to weld this new one on!

Absolutely the best customer service and the technicians are the best around. They swapped all of my gear out of my old trailer and built it back into my new one even better! Hands down, they're an awesome trailer business that just can't be beat.
