I was having issues with my car, and even though it is covered under warranty, I prefer to get it outside reading on the problem in case it is just a low battery or alternator issue, something in which I will have to pay out of pocket for.
I walked into the store and was immediately greeted and asked how they could assist me. I needed a reading due to a service engine light. The assistant manager offered immediate assistance. He was then joined by 2 other team members with my request for a battery power check.
I was very impressed and equally pleased by the customer service and actual service I received from Isaac, Daniel, and Antonio, when I visited O'Reilly's on off 25th Ave in Gulfport, MS because the other auto part stores are usually too busy, or their equipment doesn't work.
The Assistant Manager (Daniel) is a huge asset to the business. He has an excellent leadership style, that fosters a customer dedicated culture.

There was less than a two minute wait here. Every staff member there was busy with a customer. What made a positive experience for me here was discounts , sale and service on quality auto parts .

Without me even mentioning my bad back and without hesitation, Isaac located and installed the battery I needed. His politeness and professionalism are truly rare in today's world. dropped my rotors off at 5:30pm on a monday, still hadn’t even touched my rotors at 4pm on tuesday. did 4 other rotors that just got there that day. before my rotors that had been there since the night before. called at 2:30 on tuesday said they’d be done in an hour. called back at 3:30pm and told me it’d be another hour because they still hadn’t gotten to them
Needed a fuel pump for my truck. Ordered on line for pick up. When I got to the store, it was out of stock, so the manager gave me a better one for the price of the cheaper one. Will buy from them again.
I came in bc my hydrolic jack wasn't working...Daniel went above and beyond to help me. I am now a loyal O'Reilly's customer, and will NOT be using the competitors. Auto zone just said no they didn't have the part ...Mr Daniel here MADE a part! Definitely a fan.
We needed a battery that was not stocked for our RV. The salesman worked hard to direct us to another store that had the batteries..The staff at both sores where very helpful and friendly..Price was very good as well.

I wish I could remember the man that helped me. He was very, very kind and very knowledgeable. Walked right to the items I requested and they had what I needed and the store was very clean. Plenty of help.

Long beach store has issues with having what I need Gulfport always has it but long beach don't still having merchandise issues a year later from my other review always have to drive to Gulfport and I live in long beach got four stars only because the employees need to tighten up the long beach store we spend money too and like to shop locally
This guy name Will is my absolute favorite he's always smiling & he's paitent & kind, Ive never seen a guy type so fast lol ..but this is the place to go if you need anything for your vehicle they will make sure they get it for you. As a happy customer
Fairly knowledgeable workers and a wider range of parts than the competition in my experience comparing them to other automotive part stores. Failed to get five stars because of communication between stores. I purchased parts from one store and picked up at another store. I experienced a 15 minute wait while they sorted out the issue.
I'm the guy that comes into an auto parts store with zero knowledge. Never change oil in my life kind of guy. The staff at O'Reilly's was tremendous had a new employee on his second day learning the computer system, very helpful manager and other staff assisting, and definitely appreciate the veteran discount! Nothing wrong with service pricing quality that is the structure for a great business. Well done

Went in to get a head lamp for a friend. I didn't know how to put it in so asked for help. The lady thought it would be simple too. She was no help. Thankfully there as another patron putting a light I his car..he helped us out. So i guess it was ok
Went through store transformation- slow service store in a mess- after 5 visits in the last couple weeks I’m done. This was the last time I visit the store in Downtown Gulfport. Employees are very slow to help. Walk around like they stayed up all night. Talking to friends in the parking lot. Taking phone calls while I’m at counter for 20 minutes after standing inline for 10 min to get to counter. Employee scolding another about change in his drawer. Only 3 customers in the store. Come on my time is valuable also. Order same part 3 times. Got a call it was on went there they can’t find it. Must still be in the orders we haven’t gone through them yet? Get call they found it but only one I ordered two. They order again get call go down to pick up and don’t have but one. I’m done.......
They checked my battery for me, found it was bad, changed it and now my car is running as it should again. They even price matched the battery with one from another store with no cost for the install. Very nice assistant manager running things.
