Terrible customer service. I came in around 1:45 to get a cabin air filter and engine air filter. I was given the wrong part twice from the lady. First I was given a part that I didn’t need after asking for engine air filter. The part she gave me was inside a square box. A engine air filter couldn’t fit inside of that square box. The next part I was looking for was a cabin air filter. She gave me the wrong one. I came back in to do a swap. She asked for my receipt. I told her I didn’t get it from her. She proceeds to tell me that “I did get it from her” — which was not true. Her attitude was 0/10. It seemed as though she didn’t want to help me.
Can't go wrong with oreillys, they definitely got some better employees. Especially Sydney, best customer service I've experienced. Keep up the good work !
Went to O'Reillys on Dedeaux Road yesterday May 22nd 2025 Sydney was so friendly, very helpful, and knew her stuff. Every question I had she had answer immediately. I would recommend this store to others ask for Sydney!!!!
They have great customer service and they're always patient with their customers, especially the worker named Sydney. They make sure you get everything you need without complaint. Over all, they're just absolutely amazing.

I always shop at O'Reilly's but the Gulfport O'Reilly's never again. Two days in a row I come in looking for simple fender well clips. The first day of the woman didn't want to help me so I tried to do it on my own and got the wrong ones. Come back today explained my situation she tells me she can't look up in the computer and she's not really going to be any help as she sat there and shoved food in her mouth.
Today 4/25/25, I went to O'Reillys on Dedeaux Road this morning and the two wonderful people that is working (Ashton and Sydney) were very welcoming from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. Very friendly and welcoming. Such a Joy and blessing to have encountered them today. Their customer service was outstanding and very helpful. Ashton was the one that was taking care of the auto parts I needed and such a blessing and joy to deal with. Sydney was such a wonderful and pleasant person to have a conversation with while I was waiting. Thank you guys so much for making me smile more then I was the minute I walked in.
Like store. Great products at good prices. Most employees are super polite. However James needs some help with talking to customers in a less then condescending way. I know you get all kinds of people but twice today I saw this and it's not the way to be. Especially when there are 3 other parts stores on same street. I don't doubt James is very knowledgeable he's very quick to retell you! But not all customers are dummies either.
They must be really short handed because if you're lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone they just put you on hold and never get back to you. I've called on several different days at several different times and it's the same every time.
My Husband was working out of state when his batteries went out on his hotshot truck and if wasn't for the Manager at O'Reilly he would have lost a full day. As the Manager himself came over within minutes to help ensure he was able to get back on the road as soon as he possibly could, (even though he was already busy with a fulls days work, he came out to help a customer in need)! We are very thankful for his willingness to serve his customers at all times! We Thank y'all and highly recommend your business!!!!
Don the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in for a air filter and told me another store had it, instead of me driving out of my way he said he could have delivered to his store in 30 minutes. I came back 30 minutes later filter was there. Fantastic customer service customer for life!!!

Went in yesterday and nothing new everyone just had a nasty attitude. I was waiting in line? the older worker with the long ponytail out of nowhere freaked out on another customer for no reason a started cussing and tried to kick him out, all he was trying to do is pay for his parts. Nothing new here though that guy always starts fights and has a terrible attitude. Truly disgusting behavior
Most of the staff is kind and helpful but unfortunately the supervisor Jess ruins it. She is constantly rude and you can tell she hates her job, she is a poor supervisor and has no place is a leadership position, she is constantly miserable and takes it out on those around her. This store would be better off without her or at the least take her supervisor title away.
Really good auto parts place. My father and law and brother in law swear by them. Can only give four stars because of an wait issue I just experienced. I purchased parts at one store and picked up at another I waited 15 minutes until the issue was sorted out. The workers here seem to be a little more knowledgeable than the competition.
Employees are super nice, super helpful. Had an alternator tested. I ordered a new one and paid in advance of the test thinking it was bad for sure.
Nope. They had my money in the till but where honest good guys that said mine was good. Made other purchases I didn't really need because of their honesty.
They refunded me the one I ordered since mine was good, but made sales for being honest sales associates.
This is my favorite o'reillys to go to but one thing that really gets to me when I go in there is seeing how many customers will be standing in line and phones take priority. Even in the middle of the transaction with a live customer, if the phone rings, they not only answer the phone but they serve the person on the phone while there live customer is waiting in line. If they would stop doing that, this place would be awesome. All of the staff at this one are very friendly and helpful but, they really need to understand that people waiting in line need to come before the damn phone.
