My visit to this place was deeply upsetting. The staff treated me and others with clear racial bias their behavior and comments were unacceptable and made it obvious that certain people were not welcome. Businesses should treat everyone with respect, but this location failed completely. I would not recommend anyone support a place that allows discrimination to happen so openly. Management should be held accountable and take immediate action to address this behavior.
July 31, 2025 Supper unprofessional! I understand the business you guys are in and the drama that comes with it. But for me to be rudely handled over the phone for asking for information about my wife’s vehicle that I’m trying to get out of one of your lots is unacceptable.
I drove from Texas with my children and broke down in Pass Christian. I found DND towing and they sent RUS!! I don’t know why DND has RUS as a representative of their company because he was extremely rude and very impatient and so unprofessional. He hung up in my face after going back and forth with me like a female. However I’m giving Gulfport DND 5 stars because they sent Clint!!! Clint was amazing!! Very thorough and extremely professional. Clint saved the day!! He offered his services when he didn’t have to but he is a stand up guy! He sent pictures to reassure me that my vehicle was receive by the other party and again he didn’t have to. THANK YOU CLINT!!! Just remember if you’re having a bad day be a Clint, don’t be a RUS!!

I reach out to this company today at 12pm and was told someone would be there in 20 mins waited for two hours I called and was told that the driver was about to leave and come to the location where I was another hour later called back was told they just left at this point it 3:45 I then call another company they came within 5 mins only to get a text from DND TOWING AT 5:30 asking if I need help!! This is the worst company to have your car towed very unprofessional and do not communicate and will have you on the side of the road for hours with no response!! I will never in my lifetime call this company
They towed my car this morning due to a miscommunication from my apartment complex, which isn't their fault, but I take serious issue with the fact that the only way I can get my car back is to come with CASH. Exact cash mind you, because they do not give change. What a nice little racket they have going with their cash only business. Cash only is pretty shady. Has anyone investigated them? I wonder how their books look.
We'll not recommend him for nothing he's got my husband's truck that was in a wreck last wednesday, and now they want to charge me twelve hundred dollars just to have it towed to my house
This business was rascist towards my family because we were speaking Spanish. I am a doctor, and my family owns a car dealership here in Mississippi. We were treated like we weren't even human. I have never experienced this much disrespect in my life. They called immigration on my family simply because we are Latino.

They wait till thanksgiving to send paperwork out and then send it to wrong address leaving me to pay 1449.85 to get car out
They have ten days to send letters out and they sent out on the 26 or 27th of November. This is why these companies get bad reviews.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service I experienced here was despicable. First, when I reached out, the representative gave me all the necessary information. I introduced myself as the policyholder, and she informed me that I’d need to call an hour in advance so someone could be at the lot. Even provided me the direct location to the lot. (130403 Hudson Krohn Road).- hints how would I know if I wasn't given. Then, she mentioned I’d have to pay to retrieve my car, but when I explained that my car was involved in a wreck, and a claim had been filed she assured me that either the owner or the policy holder had to come up there and provided ID and insurance card.
I contacted my insurance provider, who said they would reach out to this company directly. When I went to retrieve my belongings, I was told it would take 24-72 hours for my insurance to provide a declaration—why 72 hours for a simple document that could easily be printed? The representative even said she’d report my insurance for "giving me false information."
Later, she called back, told me my car wasn’t there, and accused me of harassment! When I asked why I was given the location and instructions if my car wasn’t there, she said she was "going by memory and trying to help." Then, she hung up on me. This is what you call help, by giving FALSE information?
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Finally, after all the confusion, I found out my car was supposedly at the police lot, but Biloxi PD confirmed it wasn’t in there impound, there's no holds on the account, and there no reason that they should be doing to me. Guess what that DND has the car. Ten lies in two hours. If you're ever in a wreck, for the love of God, avoid dealing with this company. They even refused to give me the manager’s name—another red flag.
A Latino friend of mine who is here legally went to go pick up one of his cars from this place and they called immigration on him just for being Latino. Horrible place with horrible people. These people call immigration on these people even though they are here legally so they can keep their cars and sell them.
They are very rude and unprofessional! Have been calling for a week trying to get my vehicle back! The lady behind the desk has the worse attitude of them all. Never ever dealing with this company again!
Goodluck when dealing with this company, Overall terrible service. Owner shows lack of concern and understanding for customers. Owner totally ignored calls and texts concerning the process and release of a vehicle, from 12pm-4pm. The vehicle was already paid on and was ready for processing by 2pm. We didn’t hear back from the owner until 4pm when owner stated they were closed and we would have to wait until tomorrow for pickup. Followed by ignoring texts and calls, the owner answered with nasty attitude. He quoted “nobody cares you’re stranded”, even after the car was paid on and processed. Overall terrible businessman, terrible attitude, scam artists and thieves.
Vehicle was supposed to be a voluntary repo, was picked up on Friday 6/28/24 with personal belongings still inside (purse, wallet, medications, weapons) called to get them to release personal belongings only to be told they dont release items after 3pm on Friday and would have to wait til 10 on Saturday, imagine my surprise when showing up after 10am to then be told i cant get my things until Monday now. Sitting her contemplating charging theft of personal property over $1000 dollars since the purse and weapons alone are valued over $1000
I recently had a vehicle breakdown and of course the car was inoperable, so BPD called the wrecker service for that time and they towed my car to there lot. When I attempted to get my personal property back, they wanted over $ 1,394.00 , even though they told us we could get access for the tow charge alone which was $200.00 . Needless to say I have to seek help from the Judicial system and I pray justice will prevail and allow our property to be released. Watch who takes Your personal property! Mine was stolen!
Absolutely scam artists. 3 different towing companies. My guess is to get into the police call rotation 3 times instead of 1. If it’s not illegal it should be. Got in an accident all covered by insurance. They are getting paid. After waiting 5 hours for him to get there. I hurried to get as much stuff as I could to not hold him up. Realized I forgot my tag, driver’s license, and few other items. Wouldn’t let me in and apparently it’s a $55 charge for each trip back? Special place in hell for these people.
They have employees that steal your property and the company doesn’t do anything about it. There is a guy named Will who towed someone I knows truck and my friend paid off them and the other company. Went to call him to get his items that were in his truck and now the guy won’t answer his phone. The company just says keep trying him! Why did he get to take his property out of his truck anyway? He is just allowed to steal property once he tows people’s vehicles? The company hires thieves. Everyone is going through something in life. And this right here is the last thing someone wants to go through after their mother just passed away. Legal action will hopefully be taken. I don’t think u can just take items out of people’s cars when u tow and just not answer the phone. I’ll find out for him. Call Mitchell’s towing they are honest and help u get your items back
Mr. Jackie is the best! He towed our vehicle to New Orleans. During a very stressful situation he was patient and even cracked a few jokes!! DND has a great employee in Mr. Jackie! Highly recommend DND.
After calling half a dozen tow company's, we found Dnd. They were able to tow our car without issue. I highly recommend Mr. Jackie from Dnd. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. If you have a difficult tow called Dnd and ask for Jackie!
They were very nice and even worked with us since the location that had our motorcycle did not have an attendant on duty. Price wasn't great, but all things considered, it was fair!
This is the worst company possible. They stole my perfectly working iPhone out of my car as well as other things. The owner has now ignored me for weeks. This is the worst towing company in Mississippi. Nothing but scumbags. Oh yeah not to mention the worst one mr kieth he doesn’t care about the stolen property and refused to let me see camera footage
Had a few minor issues I had to deal with but both the woman who I spoke with over the phone & the guy who towed my vehicle were understanding & conversational, really friendly. Wish I can remember their names but they were both super nice & helpful.
My boyfriend and I were vacationing in Gulfport, and got a flat on our car, we had no tools and no way of replacing our tire. James arrived promptly and was extremely helpful and kind, he had us laughing even through a stressful time as we had our small puppy with us. He had his personal tools on his truck and changed it for us, even though we were originally told we had to be towed. Saved us a lot of time and money! Thanks James!
If you ever need a tow, call them! Barbara was so nice and wonderful. The tow truck driver, who we followed to get our stuff out of our vehicle, was so respectful and let us get what we could and did not rush us. Thank you for helping us and being so kind after what we went through.
So, I asked them if they had the ability to haul a motorcycle. They said yes and we settled on a price. I was later informed that the price would be double because they had to get help loading it. I was initially upset about the extra cost because I specifically stated the motorcycle. The price was still,for the most part, reasonable. The driver was courteous and took extra precautions to protect my property. Hopefully they will put a more solid base cost for a motorcycle in the future. I found the dispatcher and the driver very courteous and respectful. I can't blame them for the price difference. I just wish I would have known in the beginning. I still will use them next time.. while hoping there will never be a next time.
Jackie was my driver and older guy, picked my car up in DeLisle early today. He was there in a flash. Very professional and caring company, when I paid, I was texted a receipt to claim on my insurance. Would use again for sure.
Repoed my vehicle for a finance company and wants to charge me $50 to retrieve my own personal items..which are probably stolen by now. Was suppose to deliver the vehicle to the company and now is refusing to do so until I pay another $640 for the "storage" fee which is supposed to be included in the fee that I already had to pay to the company.
They arrived on time and quickly towed my car just in time for the tire to be patched. Jackie was good at his job and it was perfect timing all around. Give this man a raise, or a few paid days off!
The guy who towed me was so nice. He arrived very quick. Very professional. He took a look under my hood for me and told me what my problem was. If I ever got in another bind in Gulfport, I would definitely call them again.
