I'm suing them theY stole my 2001 white toyota tundra WITH HELP FROM RICHLAND SHERIFF DEPT. OWNER got a false lein lied and SOLD my truck without my consent. I'm suing for 9 million $40, 000 upfront I NEED MY MONEY BY JUNE 28TH 2025 and immediate release of my truck. Mr. Fred came and helped me when I was in a pickle. The customer service was great and very helpful. I highly recommend using Deans Towing. Very quick and very friendly.
Horrible service do NOT recommend. We used them a couple weeks ago to tow my son’s truck to a mechanic shop. That tow was fine. Today we called around 12:30 and requested a tow from the same mechanic shop off Pass Rd. To Russell Blvd off of Hwy 49 approximately 9 miles away. They said no problem an hour and a half. The guy shows up after 5pm to finally tow the truck. He was about to load the truck and he got a call to go pick up a UPS truck in Gautier and decided he wasn’t going to tow ours and rolled out. So unprofessional. Already 3 hours late then instead of just towing the truck and then going to his next call he just said screw us.
One of our drivers messed up. Dean's came out, needed 2 wreckers, one to support the trailer to keep it from tipping, the other to winch it out. I was expecting to be hosed on the bill as it was a call out on rotation. Dean was more than reasonable on the price. Very satisfied.
I called Deans Towing in Gulfport, MS when i was broke down and they were there to help me in less that 10 minutes. These guys really know what they are doing. On top of that the guy even gabe me ride to where I needed to go
Recently I had my 1932 Ford coup flatbedded to my home, because of a flat. The driver (Derrick) was to me in less then thirty minutes. He loaded my car with great concern and care. No scratches, no dings, no nothing! An excellent job! Thank you. I've been using Deans for years, and they Never disappoint. Great service & price. I highly recommend!
Called Dean's and spoke to a very nice lady who informed us they would send someone out to my inlaws home to help with moving a vehicle to our house. The gentleman they send was very polite! The price was also extremely good. A++++ 10/10 would recommend
UNPROFESSIONAL! And Dean himself is beyond RACIST! He took all of our valuables out of our totaled vehicles (over 1k worth of items) and would not let us even get near it to see what could be salvage. He yelled & cussed at us calling us out of our names! I can not believe a business owner treats people like this especially after such tragedy! Dean refers to black men as “that boy!” He needs to be put out of business, he doesn’t deserve your money so please take it to a better business owner who actually cares for their customers!
They towed a car of mine for the police dept. They sent me a notification saying they had my car and what it would cost to get it out. They didn't try to hit me for more money, and they also had the key, which I appreciated greatly. The car they towed of mine you can't get keys made for any longer.
Needed a car removed from my business they were promot even from distance traveled to make it to site with minimal space due to area car was parked picked car up and removed it quick and easy employee was friendly and got the job done quickly great experience
My daughter was in an accident I asked the driver to tow the car to my home he did not follow instructions he towed it to the tow yard. I ended up paying an extra $120 in storage fees because William can’t follow directions and my insurance doesn’t reimburse storage only the cost of the tow. I go in the office the staff is very rude a gentlemen tells me he was trying to help me because he’s done this 20 years I must have a cheap plan. I proudly let him know I have a premium plan that covers my 2018 X4 BMW my BMW328 and my other 2 vehicles including the 2021 Kia that was hit so let’s not be funny. The customer service was just horrible. 0/10 I do not recommend!

Hey Dean is the best tow company around. He's hauled my cars and trucks and my friends cars and trucks too. He will respond back asap. Which is very assuring. Especially when you get in a bind. His secretary is awesome. Down home people. Nothing is wrong. Except I just need to get a mechanic to fix my belts. Hmu if you see this. And your a mechanic cos Car Doctor didn't fix it good. 5 stars for Dean's towing. P.s. they take all kind of road side service policies. And they are very reasonable rates. Just call Dean..
The gentleman in the yard was very helpful and kind and respectful. The lady in office was very nice about everything and understanding. And the gentleman that delivered the car to my house a good attitude and up lifting sprit. Over all I was very well pleased and satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you deans towing for the service I recommend to any needing towing give them a call.
I was involved in a domestic dispute with my bf and he literally told my bf I was going to have his car towed. This could have put my life in jeopardy. The only reason I didn’t was because my parents advised me not to take matters into my own hands because it would just make the situation worse for me. They said leave it to God . This was highly unethical, unprofessional and just plain stupid on Deans part. NEVER TOW WITH THEM!!!
Very quick service. My car was stuck in a sink hole and they pulled it out with no damage to my car. Plus they arrived in less than 15 minutes. Gentleman that pulled my car out also gave me some recommendations on taking the car to get it checked out.
Not sure why the bad reviews. Just had my SUV towed this morning and the driver was courteous and professional. Even offered me a ride if I needed it. Would use again
This place is horrible! They painted the roof and messed up leaving a chip in the roof and waited 4 months to finally give me the paint to fix it myself. Then when I drove out there to pick up the paint he refused. He couldn't even call. He's has jerked me around from the beginning. DON'T GO HERE!
I hope they tow better than they mechanic. My truck ran out of diesel and I had them tow me to their shop, and they were gonna get the truck started back (it's a diesel, so it doesn't start back up like a gas burner). The flex plate was damaged, and needed to be replaced. It was damaged while trying to get it to start. Other than that, the transmission was completely brand new. About 2 1/2 months later, my transmission had been pulled and sent to another shop (don't know who, but they stole my triple billet torque converter, and put some cheap garbage one in it). Got it back and it didn't shift right, they "worked" on it again, another month or two I get it back, and it seems fine. I drive it home, and park it. It's not a daily driver, it's a toy. So 6-8 months pass I drive the truck, and I'm having major issue again (remember now, this transmission worked perfectly before they touched it, and it was built with the best of the best parts, NOTHING CHEAP). I take the truck back to them, and they have it about 2 months again. The truck sits in the same exact place at the shop the whole time, it's never touched. I check weekly, and they keep "forgetting" about it. Finally I just have to take the truck from them and go about my way. Decided to start driving the truck some, and BOOM, no warning, the transmission completely fails at 70 mph on the interstate. To top it off, it fails 800 miles from my house. First long trip to Houston on Super Bowl weekend, and it fails. Now I'm stuck with Dean's shïtty transmission build in my truck, with $450 tow bill (I had to be towed a long way at 3am) and I'll be spending $2500-$3k to have it fixed here after paying Dean $1800 to have his employees ruin a perfect transmission while he sits on his fat azz in the office playing pocket pool. Yeah $1800 for getting a diesel started, replacing a flex plate, and ruining a brand new transmission. I wouldn't take a bicycle to dean's now, much less a car. Learn from my lesson and avoid this place. I was very busy at the time they were screwing up my truck, and I told them to just fix what ever it needed and call me when it was done, instead, they broke stuff, charged the piss out of me, and had the truck for a ridiculous amount of time.
Never used them but just witnessed this wrecker cut across 3 lanes of traffic (on imterstate) bc he passed up the vehicle he was supposed to get. Causing everyone t slam on brakes.. completely uncalled for
Can't beat their price....I called at least 7 companies to tow from D'Iverville to Diamondhead, and every company quoted $150+. This company did it for a flat rate of $100. Women who answered the phone, was extremely professional.
