Y'all helped me figure out the fuse flasher for my turn signals. Helping me save lots of mechanical fees . Your staff is very knowledgeable about mechanical issues. I need more reflective yellow tape.. not duck tape. Manager assured they would get it stocked on the selves.
Came in the store today with battery issues. The store associate Matthew was so helpful. He checked my battery, helped me with explaining the difference in battery choices, and then installed the new battery for me. He was so friendly and nice, he went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Thank you Matthew, the world needs more people like you!

Can't say anything but great things about the employees they're top notch. As for the company I do have a suggestion. I went in thinking I was getting a great deal $29.99 I believe for the gal of oil and filter. Heck yeah! Then the guys tell me I need an extra quart more for my Tahoe! Which made my bill almost $50! I wasn't so happy about that considering I was budgeting that threw me completely off. So yea. There's that.
I ordered my parts online to save a few bucks. Arrived at the store to pick up my parts and was informed they in fact did not have the oil filter in stock. I had no choice but to cancel my order and leave. Crazy that a $13 oil filter killed a $75 sale.
I had an ignition coil with limited lifetime warranty & a copy of the receipt. The guy on duty said he could not honor the warranty. I went to my local store (different town) and they honored warranty and said the Gulfport store tried to prevent me from getting warranty by using a different name. I do not recommend this store but love my local Advance Auto.
The staff was pleasant and helpful the. prices were very reasonable for the object I bought. My sales person was a gentleman named James, he was very very helpful .he should be given Recognition for a job well done.

Went in yesterday bought a part turns out it was the wrong part didn't open the case it came in they refuse to give me my money back because I didn't have the receipt with me the card I use I had with me but the young lady still refuses to let me buy other products for the amount of the part nor would they put the amount back on my card no more shopping at Advance Auto for me update the owner just replied to slove my issue i will be going in tomorrow to solve this issue bring that its only 2 days old because the young lady said the computer in the store couldn't find the purchase even with my credit card stranger now the owner says they can find it in the database go figure update went back issue was not resolved because I didn't have the receipt the database that they have can't pull up recent purchases so I will not be shopping at this place anymore for parts
If I could give a negative star, I would give a -5. I have been in this store a number of times and the service is the worse I've ever seen. If they don't feel like helping you they will tell you that they can't or they don't have what you're looking for. I left there and went down the street to Auto Zone where the service is as different as night and day. And Auto Zone will be getting my business from now on.
The young lady at the counter was curtious and friendly. She also advised me of the better parts to get vs price. I always like the better product myself. A great experiance, in and out with the right parts.
Best prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can go on line and get even higher discounts and you can either pickup in store or have delivered to your home. Either way if something is wrong with the order you can return it to your local store for an immediate refund.
Great customer service and has everything I need and if there is a part that they don't have they have next day service. Employees are top quality customer service. They will even help you put on your windshield wipers or install battery test your car and even help you with anything else excellent people.
Great store that is kept well stocked and neat. Friendly staff that is very willing to help out and go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. The day I was there it was raining and just as fast as wiper blades were flying off the shelf, an associate was outside assisting with installing them. This is the type of establishment I'd feel comfortable sending my mom to and know she would get treated right even with not knowing all the correct terminology and correct parts names.
