This place is great. They have very respectful, kind employees. Their service was excellent. We ordered a motor from them and we had no problem dealing with Biloxi Auto Recycling.
Not bad-mouthing, only telling of my experience. I bought a motor from them for $2800 with a warranty and paid someone $2400 to get it installed. Come to find out the motor only runs on 7 cylinders and has a lifter tick. Well the warranty only covers up to $50 an hour for labor. Name one place that has a labor rate anywhere near $50 an hour. Keep your money on the warranty and be very hesitant buying major parts from them as they’re only going to do so much to test if the part works. I guess if the motor fires up, it’s good enough to sell. Now I’m out 5 grand and can’t afford to fix the truck any further so I have to sell it broken. They gave me some money back for the inconvenience but it was a drop in the bucket. Do better on inspecting your parts and sell a product that your customers can trust.
Soon as I walked in. Place filled with people that get along with each other and love what they do. Excellent customer service, prompt great prices and people were awesome. I would recommend this place to ANYONE HANDS DOWN
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They had the parts I needed and if they didn't, they were willing to locate one for me. Customer service is top notch. I'll definitely keep buying from them.
Absolutely the best place to find secondhand used parts for your car.they also come with a great warranty.would give five stars but my recent transaction with them was not very professional in the case that I ordered a part and called just to see when it would be in and the guy just simply told me to give it a few days and call back and see.how can u not tell me when a part that is ordered will be expected.i know shipping issues occur all the time but I would rather know a time frame over just check back with us, since it is paid for already.
Called for a spare tire, Nap was quick and knowledgeable, and was able to get me what i needed ordered and paid for in under 3 minutes, excellent service.
Wow… That’s the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Biloxi Auto Salvage. I needed a part that, I thought would have been a pretty common part. No one I called had it. I live close to Hattiesburg, so that’s where I started. To no avail. I didn’t know B.A.S. existed, but, thanks to Google, I was lucky enough to find them. Johnathan was very pleasant and helpful. He asked all the usual questions when finding out what I needed, without making me feel like an idiot, like most salvage yards do. When I got there to pick up the part that I needed, everyone in the store greeted me pleasantly. Making me feel like I mattered. I picked up my part and was about to leave when it occurred to me that they may have another part that I’ve been looking for, to no avail, for a couple of years. Jonathan had gotten busy already with another phone customer, as this is a fast paced business, so a young lady volunteered to go out to the very back of the lot in the extreme heat to see if the part was there. All of there parts are in the computer, but this particular part is so minute that it is not worth mentioning. They went way above and beyond the normal to try to help me. Thank you B.A.S. I am now, and forever more a new loyal customer.
My first stop at this place was awesome. I initially use to deal with a guy name Tiger. He went above and beyond to help me and my family. Now that he is gone, there is a guy name Jonathan there…just as awesome! Was very disappointed looking for a motor. Jonathan continued to look for what I needed and the price I was looking for,even after I got off the phone with him! Called me back with a price he found after further researching and made me smile! Even went the extra mile to have the part delivered where my car was being repaired at!

Excellent service! The man who I spoke with on the phone -Daniel- was so sweet, and helpful with things I didn’t know. The price I paid for a headlight here, I was going to have to pay TRIPLE at an auto part store, they are definitely well priced and better priced. Highly recommended!!
Let me start off. I've been to all the yards on the coast. You walk in this place. You think you're in a retail auto parts store? Very professional. Can't beat the prices but everything even though it's used looks brand new bought a starter and heater air conditioning control switches. Everything was $60 if I bought that online which they're fairly cheap what'll run $300 and any parts store around town 600 $60 folks go see Jimmy good man. Got my business
I was told to call Biloxi Auto Recycling for a transmission (GMC 07 Yukon. We called and spoke with Jonathon, gave him the year/ make and within seconds he was able to order a transmission. Two days later I get a call from Jonathan letting me know the transmission was in. The price of the transmission was affordable and the customer service was great. I will most definitely spread the word about Biloxi Auto Recycling.

One of the best, if not the best, parts customer service businesses I've ever dealt with. They are very knowledgeable about their products also. They don't try to make you get something you don't need and if you make a mistake and ask for a part that isn't compatible with the model and sub models of your vehicle, they will let you know and recommend the correct part. The quality and cleanliness of the part is as best as you can get. It's never weathered or dirty and covered in oil. The parts have been pulled and put inside and it's easy to see that and you won't ever have a time that you question if it was outside or not. Great place.

Great experience! I was looking for a Chevrolet Cruze rim everywhere but no one had it. Just when I was about to give up, I called them and that had it. So grateful. The rim was in good condition and for a good price as well! Definitely recommend.
