Very very disappointed in your sydtem set up in your units!! You ENABLE the driver aka substitute to say they picked up trash when they did not. Yet it goes in as they did. I knew it was not my regular driver because he comes like click work. I know there are cameras that is what you should look at.

Change rates with out letting you know ahead of time. Will not respond to emails and damaged our property months ago never fixed or even called back after 50 plus calls
EVERYTIME there is a new rule that, "has been in place for years that we just started enforcing."
$25 per axel? "No, it's a flat rate of $50 AND a price per pound "
Don't have a high yellow vest or hard hat? "That's an extra $16."
We close at 12pm. "We actually stop accepting customers at 1130."
We accept construction debris. "Except aluminum cans, you have to dig through your trash in front of me so I know if you have any."
The lady in the box has allowed the smallest amount of power I've ever seen someone have go straight to her head.... And if this truly is the company policy then to hell with you.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Do not use them. Use waste pro instead. The lie or do not tell you about hidden fees that are outrageously high. Over 800 bucks for our 1st month of service with drop off. Do not rent the lock as the do not work at all.
Waste Management offers regular household pick up; as well as recycling. The receptacle provided is just the right size for recycling. It is picked up every week without issue.
The service was great (very professional0), priced right, and done to my specifications. I have nothing but good to say. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
We were missed and my wife called and you were very good about coming back and picking us up. Your schedule is very regular so we know when to put out our containers.
They raised the cost of a 2nd trash can by 80% with NO NOTICE given. Also, I paid my yearly rental fee in November but the price increase was NOT reflected in my total due. Instead they waited 3 months then billed me for the additional 80% increase after I’d used the can those 3 months so they could argue I wasn’t entitled to a refund. That’s a billing error on their part so I feel I shouldn’t have been penalized. Had I known of the increase or seen it reflected on my yearly bill total in November I would have canceled service then.
First off, I’m extremely happy with the service. I am being given by the route drivers on picking up trash and recycle. Billing department I do have complaints with in regards to an additional household garbage can I’m renting yearly I paid the price for one year back in August and on now receive a bill for an additional amount saying the amount was not correct that should’ve been addressed at the point when I rented it and not six months plus later if anything I would think that would be a Waste Management eat the difference rather than the customer since it was their fault for not billing me correctly to begin with
They increase price from $160 to $360 to $500 in a year. We did not sign the contract, and they made it up. This is horrible service and pricing! Never want to deal with them.
Did not pick up my garbage on specified day. When called said the driver must have forgot. How do you forget to pick up someone's garbage? Then was told they would send someone and nobody showed up and it is almost time for the next pickup. My garbage has been sitting here in the heat for 12 days attracting flies and maggots. So today when I opened my door, I kid you not, 20 disgusting disease carrying flies swarmed into my home and were all over my kitchen where I cook my food. I am freaking LIVID. How can you be a sanitation department yet encourage unsanitary conditions by not doing YOUR JOBS!
