Bucky is very UNprofessional and gave me such an hard time for a part he sold me on top of him not giving me a receipt either. The part didn’t fit and when I went to go exchange it for some reason or another it disappeared out the system nor was it logged in the book. Bucky continued to say he didn’t sell me the part and he doesn’t know if it’s out of warranty because he doesn’t have proof. He proceeded to state that he didn’t sell me the part when I know he’s the one that serviced me and sold me the part.. LONG STORY SHORT I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT ABC auto salvage due to Bucky nasty rudeness and his smart remarks in front of other customers!!
They don't inventory minor things like seats or certain cosmetic things. They don't charge to walk the lot like Barry's U pull it does. Barrys charges $2 just to go see if you need is there. ABC does a 90 day warranty with receipt. They are organized. Large lot. Over 20 acres of vehicles. Call first and They will check inventory for you
Called about a piece I needed , coming from Pearlington, MS, and they had it ready as soon as I got there, very friendly not bad on prices , would recommend them for your parts needed , will be calling them again

All he had to do was put eyes on the part. I called looking for the roof panel for my jeep. I live 2+ hours away and this was the first place to have what I needed. I asked multiple times to make sure it was the correct piece before driving all the way to Biloxi from Gulf Shores. Every time he mentioned the piece he kept saying “glass” and I’d correct him and verify that it was a fiberglass panel that popped into the top of the car. Again, he verified that’s what he ordered. I told you I was driving all the way over and wanted to make sure it was the right part. Why keep confirming it was the right part when it wasn’t? All you had to do was look at what came in and see that it wasn’t what I described over and over. Now we’re headed home in Memorial Day traffic without the part we needed. I’m literally in tears knowing this whole day was a waste of time.
Took a friend here recently so I didn't buy anything or go inside. But he was in and out quickly and says it's a reputable place he's done business with for years.
I am a passed and present customer of this place...I will continue to do business with them...Bucky is a knowledgeable employee and has been for years...5 Diamonds is not enough for this business.....

Just made a big purchase from Bucky...he continues to deliver the type of service that makes ABC Auto Salvage a 5 Star facility...
It was okay to gentleman was not very knowledgeable with his inventory. As well as their inventory was not marked at all could not figure out where I was in the yard to find part car.
These people sold me a bad motor that Never ran correctly.I had all the parts changed and it still wouldn't work properly.called buck and he sent me to a&w auto in diberville. never go there. i spent another $2000+ on them changing parts just for the motor to randomly quit one day. they said go buy another motor from abc nothing else they can do.smh this all happened within 3 1/2 months just long enough for the warranty to run out if you know what i mean.great way to loose $6000+
THESE PEOPLE WASTED OUR TIME! DON'T HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER! THEY ASSURED US THA T THEY HAD PARTS AS OUTLINED IN THEIR COMPUTER .. SPEND 25 BUCKS TO USE FRIEND'S TRUCK, FOR TRUCK BED TO GET THERE.. WE GO THERE AND THEY DON'T HAVE NONE OF THE PARTS THEY SAID THEY HAD IN COMPUTER.. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME MONEY AND EFFORT.. GO TO MOBILE AL SALVAGE YARDS INSTEAD! THESE PEOPLE WASTED OUR TIME!
They have it posted all over the office that they give a 3.5% discount for cash payments thats straight up lie I just paid with cash I didn't get any kind of discount

I recommend this shop solely on my experience. It's rare these days to find a shop owner that genuinely wants to help. I went to his shop to try to sell some used tires because I was in a pinch. The shop owner wasnt interested in the tires cause they were a bit dry rotting. However he gave me $5 from his pocket to cover the gas for coming over there. Now this itself is something that I will always remember. The man gave money from his own pocket to help me. That is the epitome of integrity.
Mr Bucky was GREAT ! But I waited an hour and a half for a set of rotors for my pickup truck. I was there and then they had four five other customers come and they got through all those other people plus I had a two year old child with me that I had to keep checking on in my vehicle that's not right. And nobody wanted to take responsibility for that. I appreciate Mr Bucky but I won't be back.
Very rude won't answer any questions very short and snappy with me. I overheard one of the guys on the phone and he was SUPER RUDE to the customer will NEVER GO BACK I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! WENT ACROSS THE STREET AND GOT GREAT SERVICE!!!
Under normal circumstances as I've had experience in the past I, meaning myself would have given them a five star. Just like I do with any business. It only takes one bad time to get a bad review. Knowing the parts that I needed from them was to be exactly what I needed and therefore. Based on the person I dealt with could not and would and continuously recognize that I did know all the facts. As I have had explained to him that I did my research before I had called back for the same part I needed was and still is compatible. The vehicle in question is the 1996 Geo Prizm that's what I own.

I drove 126 mile one way to pick up a engine that I was told was there... Not one time, but 3 different times I called making sure it was the engine i needed and was there. Needless to say when i get there,""WRONG ENGINE!!! I will never do business with these people again.
They offer a wide variety of parts and have good prices. Can usually find the part if for some reason they don't have it on site. Would highly recommend this place!
