My husband and I were in a bind on our way to Texas from Florida and needed a new rear bumper. They had exactly what we needed in great condition and took the old one off our hands. Even gave my husband tools to fix it in the lot! Thankful for a good company with great people!
I would give zero stars if that were an option. I paid \$1,700 for a transmission and experienced nothing but delays and poor communication. I was initially told the part would arrive in two days, but over a week and a half later, I was still getting the runaround. Each time I called, I was immediately placed on hold—often before I could say a word—and left waiting for over 10 minutes without anyone returning to the line. I even have video proof of calling five times with the same result. The customer service is unacceptable, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning and do not recommend this business.
I was looking for used catalytic converters which noone carries and Jeff was able to find new ones at a price cheaper than the chain auto parts stores...and he had them ordered and ready for pickup the same day! Many thanks to Jeff and the KW Cooks staff for providing great local service to our community. And the parts were of high quality, contained all the necessary hardware and fit perfectly!
If could give 100 Stars I would for price and work and Mr Mikey is the best MECHANIC I EVER HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! Took the time out to figure out what was wrong and correct all my issues now that's what I'm talking about above and beyond give that man a rise for his hard work and I have another motor I just got that I'm about to play with, I know who I'm going to Kw cook A1 can't really justify the stars I would put on this place thanks a million...
You can’t give enough stars for people just being good people. We’re from out of town in a tight spot and judging from past experience with other salvage yards, we would’ve been in a much worse situation. Thanks guys!!

Well it's an auto salvage place for parts. But, I think this auto salvage has a variety of parts to choose from however, it is way out of my way, but you go out of your way to get what you need. With that being said, I found a great deal on use tires.

The person who answered my call already made up his mind what i was looking for after numerous attempts to make sure so i dont drive 45 mins for the wrong part....guess what? TOTALLY WRONG PART!!!!!
As a mobile mechanic it's important that I am able to find parts. Sometimes the only parts available are from a salvage yard. These people are awesome and knowledgeable. Great to work with them from time to time.

I have dealt with them on several occasions and have always recieved excellent service. These guys go all out when it comes to finding the parts you need. This is the only place I shop with when it comes to fixing my truck. 5 star service all day everyday.
Mike is the absolute BEST!!! I had a problem with my vehicle for a month and a half. I missed family reunion, moms surgery, childs birthday. Spend 1,600 between parts and service fees and couldn’t fix my problem. Mike answered and returned every call. He eventually walked me through and fixed my problem. He did not have to do it but he loves what he do and he’s amazing at it. His prices are good and if he does not have it he can help u find it. Love this guy

Worst experience ever dealing with a salvage yard. Spent WEEKS attempting to buy a single part from this place and have it shipped. EVERY time I called the same salesman back, I was given a new excuse to delay the order (i.e. my shipping guy had to pick his daughter up from school and won’t be back until tomorrow, my manager is at a car auction, the salesman has a stomach bug, on and on)
The workers were nice and even ordered the part we needed. Went next door to Cooks and got tire put on for great price. A little out of the way but worth finding on GPS. Will remember them for all auto needs.
Is been searching for a week for rims for my mustang that I could replace quick (no delivery or next day shipping at least) and cheap. No one else locally had them for less than $300 and a few day wait. These guys had them stored away and sold two of them to me for $50 each. They helped me quickly and satisfactorily on the phone beforeI went in and were very friendly when I arrived. I wasn't there 5 minutes before I was walking out with my rims. They have a pretty good selection of used rims and will order new ones for you immediately upon request. Support local businesses and help yourself make auto care easier at the same time by giving them a call
We do ALOT of business with them. Never have had a problem. Quick to get your parts for you!!! If they don't have it they will find it for you!!! I came in today after their normal pulling hours and they still had the courtesy to pull what I needed for me. They will most definitely KEEP GETTING MY BUSINESS!!!
