Dakota went out of his way at 8:30pm on a Friday night to drop off my charger that was not delivered with my delivery. He also took the time to answer my questions and show/teach me some of the features of my cart.
The folks here are awesome! I bought a new Denago from them about a month ago, and when a factory issue came up, they worked me in during the Cruisin’ the Coast madness, fixed it quickly, and even delivered the cart back to me. Great service and an even better group of people!

Just purchased a Denago Nomad from Shevis. He was awesome. Great service, great price, and really nice carts. TBH we went across the street first and were told they closed at 4 pm, it was 3:50 when he said that. Can't be happier they told us that. 30 minutes after arriving my new cart was loaded on the trailer and headed home with me. Great service Shevis, thanks.
shevis helped me out last minute with a rental on my trip to bay st louis after the store was closed. my family had a blast crusing down the beach for the weekend, will go see shevis for a rental when we go back!

We bought a new golf cart that had a manufacture issue (no fault of Country Carts). Shevis and Elliot tried to fix it at their shop but was unable to, so they brought us a brand new one. That’s what I call excellent customer service!

Country carts helped when no one else would! We got the run around at other cart places that took our money and time and did nothing. Country carts provided us with valuable service found us a charger when no one else was even willing to try. When we got the cart back it was even cleaned!
