The male employee acts very snobby. He has the attitude of someone who could care less about you buying anything or not. Reminds me of a McDonald's worker who's ready to clock out and go home. I went home and just purchased the part new after that interaction.
Rude employees. Walked in took them forever to just greet and acknowledged us. Asked about an Idler Pulley. Just said we dont have it without even asking for the type of vehicle. I thought they just didnt have the part so I asked if they hand any contacts or places they could send us to look for the part and he give me an irritated look and said MAAM we dont pick those types of parts check oreilly. Juat said ok and left. Thats what he should have said from the beginning. He didnt even have to nice just mannered thats it. Cant stand these type of people.
Customer service was horrible!! Didn't greet me when I walked in. Three guys upfront and they ignored me. I had to initiate the conversation. Will not go back. Common courtesy and professionalism is very important.
Every time I have needed a part, engine or whatever and I call them they are very helpful. Even if they don’t have something they will help you locate what you need. I can’t say enough great things about my experiences with them.
Much to my surprise, this place has alot more to offer than I expected! They sell used and new parts for all types of vehicles. Plus, they have decent prices too.

I'm from Foley, Alabama, and was quite impressed by how well organized this place is. I found a nice factory wheel for my pickup, and may be calling them about an engine that I can build up for it. Price was reasonable and fair. I left happy with my wheel in hand.
So far so good. The 90 day warranty is better than others who only give you 30 days. This establishment seems to be run more professionally than others. My transmission was ready for me before I got there. They pull alot of major parts and place them in their warehouse.
I had a great experience at Bruce Auto. They got me a rim for my truck for a great price compared to other places I looked at. The staff are very friendly as well.
I picked up a load of scrap to haul up north for another yard. Very helpful and friendly crew and they had me loaded in no time at all. Thank you for all the help, much appreciated.
The people here where friendly and very helpful. The motor that we purchased was in great shape except for two pieces were broken...which i am contacting them as i type this to let them know. But other wise a great place
The service was horriable they expect you to be ok with things that are broke or you can just wait till later for them to pull another part even when you paid for a supposed to be good part the day before. No worries i can spend money at any place . Will never enter the door of that place again. I will gladly spend 4 times as much at a dealer. Rather than to deal with that parts sales guy ever again!
This is a gem of a place. I found a rare engine that I could not find anywhere else. They have any major part for a car or truck you can imagine. The prices are also very reasonable.
It takes do long to get a part , where at another place you ask for the part they pull it in about 30 min or so depending on the quantity of customers here you ask for the part pay up front and then have to leave and wait to be called going on 1hr and 1/2 with Noone in waiting room from 10 min after opening till now for a part that takes 5 min to pull
Bruce Auto is my go to for recycled auto parts! Brannan is always over the top helpful and orders my parts in even if they don't have them in stock! Great, friendly service from all employees!! I recommend to all my friends!
I drove from Louisiana to get a hard-to-find part for my vehicle..and it was WELL worth it. The entire staff was more than helpful and courteous..very friendly and welcoming..my sales rep that I dealt with over the phone and in person was Bo, he was VERY helpful and even helped answer several questions that I had days after I purchased the part( I am not very mechanically inclined). Very satisfied with the part and service that I recieved and I highly recommend Bruce's to anyone looking for parts!
This is the best place in South Ms to shop for used auto parts. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help the customer. I have known about and been shopping here for many years now and only go somewhere else in the unlikely event they don't have the part. 98% of the time they have what I'm looking for, and at a price you just can't beat. Go by and check these guys out if you have never been there, they're great.
