I called on 9/24/24 asked about a part for a Cadillac was told he had one. It was wrecked but I wanted to see the part. He said come on up. I came the building is locked up I sit for 30 mins. He wouldn't answer the phone or check to see if there were customers this is 10 am on a Tuesday morning hours are 9-5pm. Very unprofessional I came from another city.
I had a great experience. Was told part was available and it was ready at the time I was told. Great attitudes and service. Competitive prices. 40day warranty on transmission. I will be back after install to review if I have any issues.
This place is USELESS ANSWER THE PHONE SAYING WASSUP CUZ !! ANDTHEY HAD A JUNK CAR TO PICK UP AT MY PLACE AND THEY LEAD ME ON SAYING THEY ARE COMING TO GET IT AND NEVER SHOWED UP FOR 2DAYS .. U THEY LIE TO PEOPLE LIKE THAT ! THAT IS SO WEIRD LIKE Y CANT YOU JUST SAY NO WE NO ABLE TO GET IT OR I HAVE NO TOW TRUCK DRIVERS OR SOME !! BAD SERVICES THAT PLACE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT!
Poor communication and organization. Spoke with three individuals over two days regarding pick up on a vehicle for salvage but no wrecker was ever contracted out.
Useless company. Lead me on all day saying they'd pick up my junk car to never show up. Called back twice to make sure they were going to and they never got to me. Wasted 5 hours of both my wife's and my time.
Don't go to aaa to buy a starter they sold wrong starter to me I went back with both my starter and the one they sold me was told that was what I ask for that they wood replace it with another one and they did another wrong starter they wood not refund there mistake they got a nasty attatude with me this place fills like a gangster shop
I bought 2 engines there first one was wrong year and had blown head gasket witch I fix and to use it sccound engine was wrong year wrong type of car doesn't fit the car I've got been 3 months still trying to get my money back are right engine I've gotten more than a 150 I'll call you right back been put on hold for 2 hours then they went home with me on hold they have lied more than devil himself don't go hear ever update IV hire a lawyer and filed a lawsuit
Maybe this place needs to be investigated by the local and Federal Government, they sold me two bad alternators and when I asked for a refund the Manager/owner told me to shop at auto zone the next time, rude, and I never received my refund on my card.
The worst possible place to purchase a vehichle. $2100 cash wasted on a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. I didnt even get my title and the truck broke down. I said i believe they fixed the truck long enough to sell and the employee laughed and said what do you expect its a used vehichle. I said can i get the truck towed there and use it as a down payment, and the employee's reply was we dont want to sell you anytjing else because you dont understand our 30 day policy! Worst place to buy anything!
