PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. THIS GUY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. He had been communicating with my son about a part that he needed for his car. The guy said that he had the part so we headed out to get it. This was almost an hour drive for us. I put the address that's listed online but when we arrived there it was not a junk yard at all it was a plaza with office buildings. So I called the guy and he told me that he was at another location in Memphis and that he would text me the address when he take the part off. I NEVER HEARD FROM THIS MAN AGAIN. All my calls and my son's calls went unanswered. Why would he have us drive all the way up there for absolutely nothing.
((Let your wife call)) I called him myself and scheduled a pick up after he gave me a quote, and he told me he was coming to get it so I assumed it’ll take a day if he is busy, which was fine, but he never called & told me a estimated time or anything just kept saying he was coming for two days. I would at least expect the courtesy of a text or call letting me know SOMETHING regardless if you was still interested or not. Overall bad experience & I would recommend a more established company for the sake of your convenience. Lol not unless you let your wife call, just look at the reviews.(Majority women) might even be bot reviews or scam reviews.
Called them to salvage our car last month. I forget the driver's name but he was quick, communicative, and nice. The process was simple and easy. Thank you again!
