Tim was very knowledgeable and was very helpful and even took the time to show me diagrams on the computer of where to start looking with the problem I was having.
Today I had the best customer service experience working with Veazy and Jacob! I came in today super worried about the state of my Honda Accord Sport 1.5T; they not only assisted me in identifying the current state of my vehicle, but they directed me to the needed parts and provided me with next steps on how to prevent further issues with my vehicle from arising. Customer service with a smile. Tim helped me replace my old battery, after He tested the old one numerous times. The other places I went to acted like I was bothering them. Great Customer service. I see why the others have empty parking lots, and yours is full. Attitude is a small thing that makes a huge difference. I was pleasantly surprised.

Customer service was very rude as if I was bothering them because I didn't have the old part with me. It was gone off the car. . Just basically poor service. Prices are best in town though. But I would rather go somewhere e kk se

The customer service is terrible I brought my radiator from them and had a lifetime warranty and they wouldn’t replace it I brought the old one in and they order it for me then told me I had to pay for it why when I got a lifetime warranty on it that’s crazy then the young lady said I she ordered the wrong one and told me my radiator wasn’t the one I brought from there
Slow customer service, if you have any questions even when being polite use your phone because if they are somewhat doing something else, weather with a customer or not, you will get a wrong answer, not good!
Did not leave me stranded in the aisles or just point and send me on muy way. The saleslady was extremely helpful. She matched the exact part to my part.
