I only put one just to tell about how bad the service was i. Repeat DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE NO GOOD NASTY ATTITUDEI went to these people thinking they were legit and i got one motor from them the gasket blew no good
Had a hard time trying to get another one they trying to say it was my fault i had a 30 day warranty so then they go to say that not they fault the first motor broke down then they gave us a second one with attitude and this motor bad too it start knocking as soon as my mechanic put it in They said no warranty for the second motor and they knew it was a bad motor and did not want to give me my money back
These are the the messages they sent us we were trying to get a new motor because they gave us a bad motor i never had a bad attitude they had a bad attitude DO NOT GO HERE HORRIBLE
Don't but from this yard they are shady and sell bad parts.They give you a replacement warranty but ive already paid 150 to have this one put on and it doesn't work. If you sell a part that doesn't work then you should at least give a credit on another item.
I was barred from here today because yesterday I used there wagon to pull my tools around and after being out on the yard for about a hour in the middle of the day heat I decide I would finish this morning getting parts when it wasnt so hot I pull up they told me as soon as I got out the car to get off there lot or they would call the police im standing there in a state of shock like what did I do they side I didnt bring the wagon back to the front door they had to walk 20 feet from the door and get it so they felt disrespected and told if I dont leave there calling the cop and to never come back
A friend recommended this place to me and when I got there it was like Disney Land for a Chevy man..Lol. I've found a new candy store,Lol.. it's spacious, well organized and they have a lot of parts already pulled that I like..❤️❤️❤️
These folks are great people. The motor I purchased 3 to 4 years ago is still running in my 2000 Durango. If anyone expects new runnings from a used vehicle motor, transmission, or any other part this would be as close as you can get to buying that new /used part. As usual you get some folks that dont appreciate great people like Joe and his Family. The Gadd family thanks yall for the service you have given us.
Did not have what they were advertising in a part out. Drove 2 hours after making arrangements. Get there. They couldn't locate the truck and was no help. I walked around for 45 minutes trying to locate what was advertised.. Never found it. In total wasted 5 hours of my day. Horrible business. Will never be back.
These are not good people to do business with. Evidently, only certain parts of the cars are for sale and you will be accused of stealing if you try to buy any of the parts they don't want you to buy. Me and my girlfriend went to buy emblems for an art project...Evidently was a no no. Offered to press charges and said emblems aren't for sale. They said either pay $100 or go to jail! Seriously??? An innocent fun day turned into a nightmare, so be careful.
I called this place to see if they had a E-40 D transmission The lady on the phone said she did have it so I told her I was gonna come pick it up so upon arrival we pull the pan to make sure there wasn’t any metal shavings in it at a rat comes running out of it so we had to clean the nest out put the pan back on I’ll take it to the shop to get it installed into my bronco And the mechanic tells me I’ve got the wrong transmission nothing is matching up well the reason being is because Jay and Jay salvage sold me an AOD transmission not an E 40 D transmission and they won’t swap it out because this was back in January or February that I purchased this I’d like to give this place zero stars

Came in with a part that no longer worked for my car, and within 20 minutes had a replacement in my hand from a worker who went and pulled it for me. Paid a good price for it and it works! They were courteous and to the point. Definitely going there for any other car part needs!
They have just about anything you need! The owners are some of the best people I've ever met, will continue to do business with them and would recommend the same to anyone!!!!
DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.. Terrible customer service they where racist toward my friend and tried to charge me $50 for a work light and a piece of a intake and if try to haggle the price they get pissed off and they threaten you, we went to a different yard off of byhalia and they charged me $20 for it.
I wouldn't even try to buy a part from them unless maybe you live close by, I live 2hrs away and asked about a part that was visible in a picture of a vehicle they had advertised and they said I could come look to see if it was still there. I told them that I lived 2hrs away and I wasn't driving 2hrs just to see if this part was still there. Their only response was "good luck then"
The place is on the south side of Highway 72. Can't miss it cause of all the partial cars on the property. Their stock of cars for sale is small. Maybe a dozen card. Prep on these used cars is minimal. Almost as if it is just a hobby prepping and selling them. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! They list on Craigslist and those listings aren't accurate. Nor is the internal readiness of the vehicle, compared to the outside clean up. That being said, for serious car restorers a few gems where spotted. Involve yourself as need & desire dictate.
These people are CRAZY... They tried to charge me 400 dollars for a junkyard hood and then have the nerve to say that doesn't include taxes.! I can buy a whole freaking junkyard car for that amount ! Not cool J J Car Salvage 😤😤
