I stopped in to get some oil today around 11 thirtyish maybe and this nice young lady help me with that she put in my truck and I am so thankful to her and for her thank God for this kind of places I can’t remember her name, but she had a tattoo on her right hand
Daphne was a pleasure to work with. I was trying to repair a HD motorcycle and she loaned me tools and helped me find things that would work and was very upbeat which helped me keep things in perspective. I recommend her and O'Reilly auto parts for going above and beyond to help a customer.
I got a $20 less price and other stores for the same part. The person who waited on me was kind and was knowledgeable about what I was looking for.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the employee that helped my husband on Friday Aug 11, 2023 when his semi broke down in the middle of the highway!
This employee not only found the part for him somewhere else but he also gave him a ride to pick it up!!
He went out of his way to help my husband and there aren’t many people like that these days!

Always helpful and have went out of the way to get parts for my equipment. Donna and all the counter people greet you as you enter the store. I personally like that the point that they ask to help when I'm shopping the self pick part of the store, yet they don't hover over you. It helps me to have time to remember what all I need. I've purchased everything from grease fittings to a complete engines from this store and can not remember once having to get anything warranted. And if I got the wrong part it was my fault not theirs. And even being my fault it was no hassle to return and get correct parts. I'm not a fan of chain stores but Donna and her crew makes this O'Reilly not feel like your typical chain store.
