Purchase a life time warranty alt 3 years ago and it went bad yesterday the garage ordered another one replaced it but when I took back to get my money back they refused to honor the warranty I have bought all my parts there for years but I will never purchase anything else there
My Motorhome Broke down on side of hwy 45 needed a part. I called and they had the it got our car off the back and drove over picked it up. Great prices and knowledgeable employees. Replaced part and we were back on the road to Colorado No more issues! Thank You for having my Odd size Air filter!
They did a decent enough job helping me until a mistake was made that resulted in me not being able to finish my repair and another trip to town to retrieve my missing parts. For me that was a long trip that almost cost me as much in gas as the part originally cost and nobody offered to reimburse my extra cost or lost time. But other than that they were helpful.
Today I had a brake light issue. A young man named Landon went above and beyond to help me. He assured me he would resolve my problem and did. He was friendly and courteous and I give him five stars and a thumbs up! Thanks!
The guy was very friendly he come out and help me put Fix-A-Flat in a tire that was going low cuz I got a bad back and I can't get down to do it but he said he would be glad to do it for me I'll be back
Went to get a battery for my father and the young man that "assisted" me acted as if I was speaking another language when telling him what I needed. I had to pull up the listing from the website and show him before he could help me. Then he told me to bring the old battery back and they would replace it. I had to tell him I was buying the new battery now that I didn't have the old one as my father was still driving his vehicle. When i told him that he acted as if I was dumb and didn't know what I was talking about so I had to repeat myself before he got the new battery from the back and rang me up. I may look like someone who doesn't know a thing about vehicles when in fact I know quite a lot thanks to my father. I used to love O'Reilly's but I refuse to shop at a place where I am treated as though I don't know what I am talking about!
The customer service was quick and great. I ordered back brakes and rotor for my truck. Will be in the next day in the morning. That was nice and quick. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.
Worst customer service ever!! They refused to even look at my vehicle to help me pinpoint why my belt was screaming and water was leaking. Turns out a nice guy who was a customer helped me. He took 5 seconds to help me know what the problem was.
Average auto parts store, but a with good selection of tools and very helpful & knowledgeable employees. However, I rated it better than others is because of the selection of mobile phone accessories. They have better chargers & charging cords than I have seen anywhere. Much of which have warranties that are 5 years or better. Don't remember ever seeing a charger or cord with any warranty even online.
I quit going here when the man that work there would tell me I had to order it from a dealership on everything I asked for. I asked about a gas cap he said oh you can't buy one except from Chevy dealership. I told him that was awful funny that I had bought one at O'Reilly in Savannah Tn I just got wrong one and was needing to exchange it. Then he looked it up and had one in stock.
If you have a job and don't want it, there is someone else that would love to have it. Be the best at what you do.
