On our way to visit family in Sioux Falls when our serpentine belt snapped just outside granite falls. We managed to limp the vehicle into town and called up DHT. It was after hours but Andy still told us we could stop by and he’d take a look. Once we figured out the problem, he ordered up a new part to arrive in the morning, gave us a lift to a nearby motel, fixed our car up first thing in the morning, and gave us a ride back to the shop after. Can’t describe how much he helped us out of a tight jam.

Andy has been EXTREMELY helpful. Drove through a blizzard to tow us, and his customer service has been above and beyond helping transport us with 4 little kids. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had a leaf spring break on my enclosed utility trailer and needed help fast. Donnie Hanson Towing came through with exceptional service! From the moment I called, they were responsive, courteous, and incredibly professional. I had left the trailer in Montevideo and traveled on with my family. We contacted them and they picked up the trailer and hauled it to their shop where they quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up parts, and fixed the trailer for me.
