I have bought from Wolf Auto Parts on multiple occasions, and every transaction has been incredible. The staff is highly professional and very knowledgeable. The parts get shipped out quickly, and when they arrive, there are no hidden issues. The pricing is very fair, and they have a huge inventory. Wolf makes it simple, convenient, and affordable.
I was ordering an unusual item for my Touareg which was in 'used condition' and so was cautious about what to expect. Other reviews I had read were cause for caution when buying 'used' parts. But my experience with Wolf Auto Parts was excellent. While there was a delay to find the item, what I received, its condition, and the service behind it was excellent.
They are always very friendly and helpful on the phone and all of the parts I have received are in the condition they described and as expected! I will continue to do business with them.
I bought a shock absorber for my wife's Audi Q7 through my wife's eBay account. The description said there was minimal damage, and the photo showed a part with minimal damage, but what they sent was something completely different and in very poor condition. Since they already mentioned damage in the description, I couldn't open a case or do anything about it. Everything is rigged for them to win. Very bad company, very bad service, and zero honesty

its not often these days to find not only the CORRECT PART for your ride but get it at a DECEINT price as well.. AUDI WANTED $948 . for a window lift for my TT.!!.. WOLF came through for 1/10th of that.. and it looked like NEW. installed in an 1/2 hour (AUDI WANTED ANOTHER 900!!) guess where im buying my parts now? THANKS WOLF!!!! STEVE IN NY

I ordered a used replacement infotainment screen for my 2023 id.4 that was cracked. The part was exactly as described and slid right in. The only thing to know for these new electric cars is that there is software security if you change a part. I had to take it to a dealer to reset it after we installed. But, they were going to charge me $1700 to replace it with a new screen originally and even after having to pay for them to reset the software (which probably took 5 minutes and was $200), doing it myself cost less than $500. Also, I did send a couple of messages to Wolf customer service and they were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this business for used replacement parts and great service.

Easy process with Wolf Auto Parts and recieved my OEM used Porsche Cayenne Air Suspension Leveling Control Module part all the way from Minnesota USA to me in Brisbane, Australia in a reasonable time frame.
I had noticed how clean the Control Module was in the image online compared to every other sued parts seller I have seen who do not seem to clean their parts when they remove them from vehicles.
Wolf Auto Parts obviously care & cleaned it & the part was exactly as per photos online from where I purchased.
I hope I do not have to look outside Australia when I need another part (which I sure;y will), but I know where to look in the USA first.

The postage system was ethnic. The expedite payment and the fulfillment was frustrated by UPS. The $80 handle charge that I paid was just a waste and unconcerned to UPS, UPS refused to deliver to my home address after keeping it in their warehouse for 3weeks.
They placed a lie on parcel that my address was wrong.
I went to their premises for the items on three consecutive times for item and pick them up on the last visit on 15th October, 2025. Meanwhile the item reached they warehouse since on 23th-Sept-2025.
UPS further charged paid N179,981.25,891.25
However, that is normal behaviour of UPS to their clients in Nigeria, because they know body listens to the citizens' complaints.
If you still send my future purchases to me through UPS - because of UPS Nigeria behaviour, the business is closed.
I will not be surprised to see a write up of UPS claiming that they have delivered the parcel, whereas I went to their office physically and struggled to have it.

I have a 2014 VW Passat TSI/SEL Premium B7 model. The "remote starter relay" went out, the car was dead. Called multiple dealerships to obtain the part to no avail. No after market relay would fit. Looked for 2 days on the web abs finally found these guys and they had one!!! I'm on Ohio and they are in Minnesota. Had the part within 3 days. From start to finish everything was perfect and exactly the way they portrayed the part on their site. Would highly recommend and will definitely buy again in the future.

I was incredibly pleased to find such a difficult part to track down for my VW Arteon although me being in the UK and it being in the US, I wasn’t sure it would be straight forward. I need not have been worried, as communication was excellent and postage was very good value indeed from the US to the UK. It took some weeks to arrive, which is to be expected and not an issue. It also came very well packaged and being an interior part was clean, like new and as described. I fitted the part immediately I received it and it’s perfect. Thanks so much, amazing service from Wolf Auto Parts who clearly know how to do things properly.

Pretty good service. Quick and prompt. Only thing wrong was that I bought a piece of trim from them for an BMW X5 that was the wrong color. In the picture in the Ebay post it looked silver, but the one I received was dark grey. I went back and read the listing, which did in fact say "space grey" for the piece, so that's my bad. But still, the picture looked very much silver.
I ordered touch display for my VW Golf based on picture and that was great choice…

Purchased a used hood sound insulation pad. Wolf called me and verified that it would be OK to fold for shipping purposes. I appreciated the call and told them it would be fine to fold it. They folded on a natural indentation and it was barely noticeable. I would definitely do business with them again.
