I had some extra stuff by the garbage can that did not fit in. I missed the driver. For the little extra stuff. The great guy he is he loaded it all up for me. So whoever did the garbage on Friday on South Lake Diane in Zimmerman my thanks to you that was a big help for me appreciate it very much. I give you five stars on that one brother.
We have used Randy's for several years with no problem.. we had suddenly been getting billed for 2 residents and linked to a 3rd account. and when I called to get the problem fixed, the customer service person was rude and argumentative with no apology offered and no real way to fix the problem except to email someone else. Always excellent service when taking items to this site like mattresses and other households. Found out today when I took items they are closing permanently. Super sad, and have always appreciated Bill who checks you in and kindly helps unload your items.
