Levi and his team did a fantastic job replacing the transmission on my 2018 Caravan. A couple things to note. This was my first time using Arvu auto for a vehicle repair. I was quoted a price for the repair over the phone and a month later I brought the vehicle in for said repair. After the job was done I received a significantly higher bill than my original quote. When I asked about it, the team did some digging but immediately took care of me ny finalizing the bill back to the original verbal quote. It is a breath of fresh air to have a mechanic shop that is honest and knows how to take care of the customer. I would trust this team with any of my family or friends vehicles and I highly recommend them based off the service, honestly, and professionalism I received from them. Also, there price to do the exact same job was roughly 3k lower than their competition in town. 5 out 5 stars!
Thank you Arvu staff. My Van is driving/running better than it has in months. Y'all took the time, late on a Friday afternoon to address my needed brake bulb and also were willing to do an oil change. Add the replaced FILTHY air filter and you have a new very happy customer. I went to Arvu to have my brakes replaced and to have them inspect the damage my puppy caused by chewing some wires under the undercarriage. With little to no knowledge of vehicles myself, I’ve never felt like I was getting complete transparency from mechanics. However, Arvu was not only upfront about what I needed versus what I didn’t, but they were also incredibly patient in explaining everything to me—what each component did and how things were connected.
In the future, I will go out of my way to bring my vehicles here, not just for the quality of their work but for the transparency and professionalism they provide. Highly recommend! A big thanks to Jeff and Levi specifically, as they were the ones I communicated with the most.

I was quoted $350-400 and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the bill was $675. They made no attempt to contact me saying they had run into some issues that would make the repair more expensive. I will not be returning.
Levi and staff were very accommodating to book my auto appointment. The service was completed in a timely manner which made me feel satisfied. I was communicated to about future needs for my car and appreciated the details.

My vehicle quit charging and ended up dying on the road. I limped it to the shop on a weekend and asked them to look at it. They were quick to diagnose the problem and saved me costly repairs because it was a charging issue and not the alternator. I would recommend the shop for your auto repair needs and their quality of service.

Awesome service, car broke down while traveling and they were the best. We managed to get car there on a Sunday and left the car. Monday they sent us video of what needed to be repaired and came in under quoted price.Wonderful service and so impressed may continue to come back to them even though we do not live close. I can't shout our praises enough for Levi, Hannah (hope I spelled that right) and Arvu Auto. We have recently started working in this area and have had a few mechanical issues with out trucks. Levi has been amazing in getting our trucks in and out as quickly as parts and time has allowed. Levi was great to work with. I had many obstacles in getting the vehicle to the shop and they worked with me and were understanding. They are also very well priced. We Will be using Arvu auto for all our vehicle repairs going forward.
Figured i would try this repair shop as my normal mechanic had just went through a stroke. Make sure to ask all your questions on charges before you get any work done. I had what seemed like a fuel issue but i had replaced the fuel pump a couple years prior so i wasn't quite sure that could again be the problem. I asked Fair Price to check it out and verify my suspicions without asking about charges first. (My mistake) I was charged $180 to have the cause diagnosed. They also checked my headlights, my wipers, and everything else under the sun that i did not request to be checked over. I expected to 100% pay for their time but did not expect them to have $180 minimum charge. When i was quoted $800 plus to do the complete repair (included the diagnostic fee) i had them stop immediately. A shop can charge what ever they want, i just want others to make sure they ask all the questions first before they make the same mistake that i did.
I trust Fairprice Auto to be honest, fair, and to perform high quality work. Levi has always been very personable, and takes time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend Fairprice Auto for all your auto maintenance and repairs.
Called to have universal joints replaced in my pickup (no time to do it myself) quoted 190.00 which is a little high considering I supplied the parts but with in reason. Normally it can be done within 1 to 2 hrs. Brakes and all. During the job it was found that it needed a new rotor ,brakes and line. The parts cost 176.00 and the quoted price jumped to 225.00. All total the bill came to $488.55. All time was figured by computer and I believe that I was doubly charged for labor. Bottom line is that I will not ever return, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. To bad, I had high hopes that they would be good and reasonable priced.
