I had an old mattress I wanted picked up and he was here within 1/2 hour. Price was very reasonable. Kind and informative and will be calling him soon for more stuff to be removed.

There are very few places that take old electronics, but this place does! I had an old TV that needed to go, and got rid of it the same day. They even helped unload it! Simple, fast, and convenient. Definitely would recommend for recycling electronics.
After calling around for places to drop off my washer and dryer and discovering that most places are not able to help unload appliances from trailers, I was very grateful to find City-Tech. For a very reasonable price (comparable to drop-off prices), Ken from City-Tech came to my location and PICKED UP my appliances, loaded them from my trailer to his truck. The only place worth calling! I recently moved into an abandoned home with a surplus of ancient appliances. Three huge deep freezers, two dehumidifiers and a mini fridge. Now I was preparing to pay a hearty price to have these removed as they were all from the 60s and heavy as a small car. This man came in, out of his posted business hours (because that’s what worked for me!) and had them all onto his truck in minutes. He then informed me that his company also takes battery’s, tube televisions, metal bed frames, file cabinets, the works! He walked through my garage pointing out all the items I had “inherited” that he was able to take and took many of them FREE OF CHARGE!!! I’m young and just spent a lot of money moving and this was one of the most affordable, budget friendly experiences I’ve ever had.
Ken is amazing! We are cleaning out our home to move and downsize. We had 22 years of old electronics. I called and Ken was at our home within a very short time. His prices were so much lower than anywhere else. I highly recommend City Tech recycling, you won’t be disappointed!
If I could provide 20 stars, I would. I called and asked the cost to drop off a computer monitor and was told $10. Then the owner asked where I was and I said Hugo. He was on his way out and said he would stop at my house and pick it up as he was going south on 35E and would pass my area. He then texted me and was there 15 minutes later. I was shocked. Incredibly nice! I would give city-Tech any business possible.

10 STARS if I could - I called City Tech at 1030 this morning and asked for pricing to bring in a TV, couch, table, several chairs, and a lazy boy. Ken told me the price (very fair) and said I could bring it in or he would come and pick it up for the same price. Ken arrived at my house 90 minutes later (same day), he was friendly, fast and professional - SO IMPRESSED! If you are looking to get rid of furniture, electronics and more - don't waste your time looking around - call City Tech.
City-Tech offers terrific service and response. We weren't sure how to dispose of an old grill, crib and utility light. They took it all! We will be calling them from now on!
I called Ken at City-Tech to pick up a king size mattress and box spring.He quoted a very fair price and indicated he would be in my area today. He arrived within the hour. We negotiated to the pick up the cost to add the headboard and foot board and also a four chair metal patio set and some electronic equipment. The price to add these was very reasonable and acceptable and it was all loaded up and down the road in no time. I would highly recommend City-Tech Recycling for your recycling needs.

I showed up at City Tech with a trailer full of old mattresses and garbage. I thought that the price was more than fair but that's not really my story. I was also planning on getting a spare tire that day for the trailer and Ken (owner) said if I could find a match in his lot he would give it to me for free! I thought that was pretty nice. Then as I was pulling out with an empty trailer the starter on my truck died. Ken called AAA on my behalf and arranged towing of my vehicle to my local service station. We waited for the tow truck for a while but my twin 4 year old boys were getting cold and hungry. Ken put us all in his truck and drove us a half hour to our home! Some companies advertise their great service. City-Tech goes above and beyond to insure happy and repeat customers. Thanks Ken!
I called this morning to inquire about picking up an old dryer. My garbage company wanted over $100 to pick it up. I called City-Tech Recycling and they offered me a great price and came to Saint Paul to pickup the dryer within an hour. Excellent company!
