I know lockouts are kind of a pain, and insurance companies can be annoying, but literally telling me he "didnt really want to take the call" after I waited for him for 3 hours was kind of not okay. He was nice otherwise, but still.

Called after my sons girlfriend put her trailblazer in the ditch. They were there in very very little time and did a great job...it was on its side and other than a few bruises, blown air bags and a panicked new driver.... at the end of the night, everyone was ok. Thanks petries
