I thought he was really nice, I called to get my car junked and he came to the property and took it fairly quickly and I would say I got a fair deal for the condition the car was in
Most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with(shannon). Gives you 1 price, then trys to pays another with no communication after already taking items from the property. Gets rude when questioned. Knows everything about nothing. If you enjoy being berated and accused of stuff, called names based on his assumption of your political views. Then this is the place for you. If your looking for honesty,and professionalism. Look else where. Would be 0 stars if this was a truly honest review
This place pays less on all items scrapped I know necause i used to work there and i was told to take 15 percent of of the prices that the other yards were paying....the reason i no longer work there is because I kept the agreement that Shannon and myself made with a customer on am item he scrapped out . Shannon is very unprofessional quite frankly if your not a friend of his he dont have time for you so if you dont want to get screwed like I did when he shorted my final pay then don't go here
