We were stuck on Interstate 35 in a 45 foot motorhome, Dean’s towing was able to respond sending an amazing driver, Noah, who was so courteous, knowledgeable, and really cared about everyone’s safety and our motorhome. They also gave a great recommendation for a repair shop and worked with the shop to get the home in and checked out. Being first time stranded on an interstate in a motorhome they turned a very stressful situation into a bearable one. We can’t thank them enough for how they handled our situation.
Absolutely the most unprofessional towing company I’ve ever dealt with. Noah was rude, swore at me on the phone, and showed zero customer service skills. They damaged my vehicle during the tow — which I caught clearly on my doorbell camera. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take any accountability.
That footage is now in my lawyer’s hands and will be shared publicly. All they had to do was admit the damage and handle the situation like professionals — instead, they chose hostility and disrespect. Bad move, especially when dealing with someone well-connected in Rice County. I strongly advise others to stay far away from this company.
Dean’s Towing had a very fast response time, the driver was clearly knowledgeable and professional. “The Solution” pulled the truck out quickly and safely.

2 of the nicest guys from this place just spent I think at least a half hour(probably more) in the cold dragging my staff's car out of the ditch. They stopped to see if everything was OK and without even being asked came back with a tow truck to help! They did not have to fo that! It was so sweet! Support this business! The service and experience I received here were terrible. Every time I interact with these guys, there's always someone rude on the other end of the phone. If I'm PAYING for a service, I shouldn't have to deal with such horrible treatment.

Roger was amazing! It was raining when we needed a tow and he provided door to door service to a local hotel and then to the repair shop and back to a hotel. He was so kind and willing to help! He even followed up the following day to make sure we had made it to our final destination after two replacements. So kind and thoughtful!
I was actually walking home from my dead vehicle & I saw the Dean's tow truck picking up a vehicle at a shop, so I asked him if he was busy, he said a little, what do you need? I told him, he took care of the tow for me. Roger was great!
Amazing tow service. Had my primary vehicle torn apart and a dead battery in the family van and just so happened to run something over and have it go through my tire out the side wall and into my rim… the moment he stated he had it under control and not to worry he released so much stress great service. Our camping trailer broke on the interstate last august on our way from Canada to California. Cecil from Dean's Towing not only got us out of there quickly, brought us to a trailer shop, but came back the next morning to see how we were doing! We were back on the road by noon! I can't believe how amazing Dean's Towing is. Both of our cars broke down in the same week, and I was extremely stressed. Noah from Dean's towing showed up on the side of the highway VERY quickly, recommended awesome shops in the area, laid out how much each fee would be depending on where it was towed to, and was so kind and understanding. He let us sit in the truck while we waited for each step (it was hot out), and we had very genuine conversations.
From there, I needed a tow 4 more times between our 2 vehicles that we were getting fixed. I got to hang out with Noah again as well as Garett. I can't express how grateful I am for these wonderful people. I feel taken care of, valued, and they have incredibly reasonable prices.
I will never call anyone else for a tow.

Our driver was so kind to us. It is never a good time when your vehicle won't start, but I left with a smile and laughter. It truly felt like a friend or family member was taking care of us. Amazing and quick service!!! Also, the individual who answered the phone when I originally called was so polite as well. I highly recommend and will use them for all my towing needs!
My truck just broke down at Northfield, Minnesota and I’m from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I just called them and they were quickly and efficient, they towed my truck from MN to WI, and also they took my trailer to their place & let me park my trailer there.
