They were amazing! We called another company at 8 AM and around 10:45 I called to get an updated and they cancelled without telling me. After that we called MN Heavy Towing and my car was picked up and on the way to the shop before 11:15. I really only needed to open my garage door and they took care of the rest for me. Super grateful for their assistance.
I didn't use their service, but just looked up their website because a neighbor had friends over with a motorhome that had a flat. They sent someone out on Sunday! He fixed the flat and my neighbor reported that they were very happy with the service. I have no idea what the cost was, but it was a BIG motorhome so I'm sure it wasn't cheap. But you don't expect cheap when you're driving a couple hundred thousand dollar rig.
Nick was a welcome sight as we had broke down on the highway with an exploded tire on our 40’ RV. He arrived with the proper equipment to jack up the trailer and change the tire. The gentleman that had came to help me with my flat tire was very pleasant and professional. It didn't take him hardly any time to get to me. My tire was not only flat but it was stuck and he got it unstuck and after that it was all done in no time Thank you so much MN HEAVY TOWING!! YOU DID A GREAT JOB!
Very nice guy. Really cool truck! Same person answered the phone, showed up to tow the truck, and handled the paperwork. Don't over pay some big corporate company. This guy will get to you quicker and get the job done right away.
