We brought our rav4 in for “a clunk”. Tim and his crew found the problems and stayed on it until it was fixed. We are very happy to have found a shop so thorough and competent. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Our 2004 Dodge broke down on the way home from St. Cloud. We were 1.75 hours away from home on a holiday. Kimball Garage was closed that day but we were able to leave our truck at the dealership in Kimball. The dealership told us it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. We got in touch with Kimball Garage the next day and they worked it in to their schedule. They got our truck up and running again for a reasonable price. We appreciate them very much and highly recommend this garage!!
Had the best possible situation out of a bad one. Can’t thank Tim enough and the crew who took time to work on my vehicle. I was on a fishing trip 7 hours away when I had a random engine issue 2 hours in. This business happened to be 900 feet away. The experience I had was exactly what you would have hoped for in my situation. I didn’t get raked over the coals or lose an arm and a leg. Tim treated my situation like a passerby who needed assistance and I really appreciate it.
They got us in last minute for an alignment and were very timely and easy to work with. In and out on pickup. We appreciate the service and the prices are extremely affordable. We will be back for any other service needed!

I stopped in to see if they could check my tire pressure cause I thought it was either running a little low and they checked it immediately without any kind of a charge. The guys were absolutely sincere and even when I insisted on paying they said no charge. Most shops in Saint cloud area would charge a service fee and would make you wait to get your car in for something like that I was incredibly impressed. That is service at its finest.
Thank you so much for getting my car in promptly. Very honest and won't try and sell you repairs you don't need. Explained other warning lights that I had and that I don't need to fix these if they aren't causing problems and what to look for. Sensors are going. I was traveling through town when I broke down.
7 hours into our vacation the van essentially lost the ability to accelerate over 20 mph (sinking feeling)
We showed up around 5 and they close at 5:30. They knew exactly what to look for just by our description of the van's behavior and had it up on a lift right away. They got us back on the road in under 2 hours; yes, they stayed late. The price was incredibly reasonable.
The guys were very knowledgeable, kind and patient with our questions.

I have been fixing computers for 20 years for people - I do what needs to be done for a fair price, I don't 'upsell' people things they don't need. When using Kimball Garage to get my pickup repaired, I felt a similar ethic. I genuinely believe they were trying to minimize my expenses in getting my vehicle drivable rather than trying to make an extra buck on their end.
I intend on using them primarily as a mechanic from now on.
