Three young guys and none of them could help me find the right break light for my Dodge truck. They showed me multiple claiming it was the right one and after a half hour I still ended up being sold the wrong one.
I hadn’t shopped at any O’Reilly’s before tonight. I stopped in for replacement windshield wiper blades and I believe it was Darrell who helped me. He took the time to come out to my car in the cold/rain and measure my blades, find the right ones in my price range, and even put the new ones on my car for me without me asking. He couldn’t have known but it’s been a challenging last few weeks in my family and his service and kindness really brightened my day. Thank you!
Tony did the most to help me and my friends out when we stopped in after I lost my oil cap driving back to St. Cloud (don’t ever get your oil changed at the St. Cloud Valvoline). They didn’t have the right cap for my car in stock but he figured out a temporary solution and it got us home!
My wife's windshield wiper blade broke in torrential rains on the way home so she stopped at this oreilly. When I tell you that the workers there went above and beyond I don't say that lightly. Not only did they install it for her (it's rather difficult) but they identified what caused the problem and fixed that as well. Hands down I'll stop in here to give them business anytime I'm in the area. Thanks a ton for being so amazing.
Good service person that helped me should have been trained in to do his job better as he had no clue how to do it but with some help from someone that did we got what I needed
Do not shop here!! 4/8/23 - stopped by to purchase a couple standard items off the shelf. Got to the counter to pay and the price was approx. 50% higher. Asked why and the manager literally stated you cannot go by any marked price. I told him this was actually false advertising and illegal- it’s called the scanning law. He said he was aware and then told me ‘no sale’ I asked him what he was doing and he told me he would not sell me these items. I explained again that you cannot advertise and mark items on the shelf one price and then charge more at the counter, it’s called the scanning law and it’s illegal. He clearly stated again that he was aware of this and did not care. I left and went to O’Reillys. I told this to them and everyone in that store. STAY AWAY from Advanced Auto Parts in Cold Spring, MN.
Sun Oct 9 Sunday morning I showed up to exchange sum parts and pay the difference out was super hassle free and everyone was in a good mood for a Sunday, as I leave my 99 blazer blows a top radiator hose everywhere, not only did they have a hose they loaned me tools and even came out and loaned me their own personal tools to help me repair my pos, can't say enough positive things about the morning crew!
It's a chain auto parts store. Prices are kinda high but the staff at this location are great. They are always happy to lend a hand figuring out what part I need.
I really liked this particular store. The men behind the counter really trusted me with respect. I who knows nothing about cars, felt comfortable with & trusted they knew what theh were talking about. They explained this to me in layman's terms & I left feeling like I now know something about my vehicle. I highly recommend this store. They were kind & professional. The store was very organized & clean as well.
I was running late and I called the store and talked to Mary. Explained to Mary that I might arrive at closing time, she took down my part number and had it waiting for me on the counter. Awesome folks over there. Thanks Mary.
Stopped in to get a check engine light code checked. Employee was helpful and courteous. This all took about 10 mins which was helpful. He also gave me a quote on parts and solutions for the code fix. Will be back for the parts to repair. Like this store.
So we pulled up to the front door a few minutes before 8pm, which is their closing time. My boyfriend forgot his wallet so turned around to grab it and they locked the doors. Really? Nice costumer service... I know you close at 8 but I’ll drive 10 minutes to St. Cloud if that’s how it’s gonna be...
Great place to do your Automotive shopping. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous. They are always ready to help instantly. Plus you can rent specialty tools, you don't have to buy them.
There's allot of guys here that know what their talking about, although there is a few there that dont always know what their talking about. Their prices are a little high, but you pay for the quality parts, awesome customer service, and honorable return policy.
