I was originally told they could pick it up in the afternoon on a Friday but they don't do pick ups on Friday afternoon. I was told the could do it Friday morning or they could reschedule it for the next week sometime in the middle of the day. Basically giving me no option but to have the car picked up while I was at work. The driver gave my wife a check that was not written out to me or my dad that was also on the title because he was my cosigner. Got the run around having to go through several menus and talk to a several people trying to talk to the right person at their office to reissue a check. Meanwhile the driver called her directly to tell her what he done. I made it clear that the check should be made out to me. Then they preceded to send me a checks that was only made out to my father.
My relative who repairs salvage cars recommended cash for cars to me as they pay out the most he said.

So the transport driver called ahead and specified a pick up time that would work for both of us, and he appeared exactly on time, great guy, so efficient that I went into the house to find my wallet, as I’m moving and finding anything is a challenge. I went out to tip him and he already left! Totally a seamless transaction, good price and I would highly recommend Cash for Cars!
The process took a lot of time and in the end I was given $10 less than originally quoted but they'd need to look into it and call back another day over $10 so we took less as we had already spent a LOT of time on this pick up. It was a long arduous process but not many options.
They used to be really good. I could sell them a car and get paid in 2 days or less. This last experience took nearly a week and a half. It had to get inspected, then delayed because of the inspection,etc....absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted to wait a week and a half to get paid I could of just taken the car to Iaa and had bidders compete for it. Next time I'm hoping it'll be back to the way it used to be or it'll likely be the last time I sell directly to them.
The first people I spoke to I had a hard time understanding. But the towing company was fine. They paid a little less than we wanted but did have the check ready when the vehicle was picked up. Next day service so it was fast.

The tow truck driver from adrenaline towing was very friendly and his dog was adorable. He was very patient and helpful since I had to figure out how to get my trunk open to grab the rest of my things and was careful when pulling my car out of the snow bank it was in. Pleasant conversation. Would definitely recommend them to my friends.
Was super easy. Made a phone call and they called me mack shortly after to schedule a time to pick up my old impala. Gave me 66% more than three other companies that I reached out to for my beater car.
The pickup was fine. We would have liked to receive the original offer as it was over 1000 more. We could not send a good idling photo that day but it started well and ran later and wondered if that lack was why the offer came down. It was still a decent price.
Blew up my 2001 jeep. Parked it at a local school. Called this company up and they arranged to pick it up the next day. I liked that I did not have to tow it anywhere and they came and got my vehicle. Pick up schedule is not really on your schedule as the driver was coming back from Fargo for my pickup but thats ok as it worked out and I understand. Recommend 100% Fast and easy process. Just have to have patience when waiting to hear when your vehicle is going to be picked up.
OMG, what an amazing kind of things, I inquired to the tow truck driver that was sent to get my car free of charge by the way what do they exactly do and how they get their money, cuz I was offered a FAIR amount far more than I did on all the other sites, (425$ after being quoted 1-250 ALL DAY LONG) ... and along with everything else it costs to be going into the whole exchange like gas alone, they traveled 40 mi. paid towtruck company in St.cloud to bring to Avon ?...I mean, like okay!? THEN...as i was writing this i recieved a call from the lady i talked with the day b4 when setting everything up and i mentioned how i liked thier professionalism and asked where they wer calling from and she states India...? I mean thats pretty cool that thier system is as effective as it is and the tow truck driver said to me when i asked how exactly did the whole thing work, CUZ IT WORKED FOR ME like i said it threw me for a loop, but im an optimist as well as inquisitive and what better than to get all understanding i can from such a beneficial experience, right? And , dude having nothing to do with the big guys im sure but he immediately responded this company strongly believes in quality b4 quantity...DAMN! Thats whats up, ESPECIALLY NOW!!! when it hurts the worst or u gave the most...THAT, my friend, is when we can finally start multiplying!!! Better Businesses are the only thing i write about, or, post rather, i think attention to anything other than recognition for good deeds or testimonies or even communication is, to me, like watering weeds...i aint gonna waste my time with writing this review if it werent worth my time, and yours, cuz after being online all day i was wanting sooooo bad to find this very thing. However, i wasnt fortunate enough to find someone, like im doing for you by posting this review, to say WHY this one? ( LOL) In conclusion I still dont quite know why but they just do have the most to offer!
The only issue that I had is they weren't very good at communicating, they were supposed to pick up my car and didn't bother to text, call or email to let me know that they needed to cancel or reschedule the pick-up date , other than that it was a fairly pleasant experience
