Excellent towing service from Dylan at NAPA Albany Auto. When my rental car broke down, he kept me informed every step of the way, calling to confirm the tow, provide an ETA, and update me as he got closer. The communication was outstanding and made a potentially stressful situation much easier for me. He was professional, prompt, and friendly, and even gave me a ride to the airport where my vehicle was being delivered. I greatly appreciated his help and highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable service!
My daughter had an emergency car break down on the interstate heading home to Otter tail county. I was able to get in touch with Dylan at Albany Auto Center. He quickly put my mind at ease by getting a tow truck to my daughter's car in no time at all. From that point forward, he got the vehicle to his shop and was able to get me a thorough diagnostic of the vehicle and the major issues it was experiencing. Dylan kept me apprised of the situation through the next day-and-a-half. He was able to give me the best option, which meant another tow to the dealership. I truly appreciate his honesty thoughout the whole ordeal. If you are needing emergency roadside assistance or some vehicle fixing, he'll get you covered. Two thumbs up.
I brought my car in to get a new water pump before my road trip to Wyoming. Cheyenne did a fantastic job and got it done quick and I had no problems my whole road trip.
I had a great experience at NAPA. They fixed my heater hose quickly and did an excellent job. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The repair was done right the first time, and the pricing was fair.
Water pump went out and fan clutch with it. They had it repaired and had me back on the road (long trip) in 24 hours. I was sure I would be held up for 2 or 3 days. Nice folks and great service. I did have a small problem later (not their fault just an anomaly) and they stood behind their warranty 100%. Can't recommend highly enough.
The guy (sorry can't remember his name) that towed my husband, and I was amazing. He was on time, very knowledgeable and very friendly. If I was in the area and had car problems again, I would use them and would recommend using them. The price of tow was also reasonable.
Had to call them for work with a really urgent issue. It was literally 5 PM on the dot, on a Friday. Not only did they actually answer, Mike was awesome enough to help me out of my jam. What they did is WAY above and beyond the average. So super grateful!!

They were prompt getting my car to their location, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to diagnose the problem. They kept me informed daily until pick-up was ready and did not perform additional work without my consent. My car was well cared for with integrity. It is essential to have a reliable auto mechanic whom you trust. If I lived nearby, these guys would be my go-to people for all my car maintenance and repairs. I have used Mike's services many times. And He knows towing and He also knows campers . He is a true Napa specialist . So if I need help or questions, Mike is always willing to answer and help.
I was in a severe accident in the last snow storm. My car didn’t survive but I did. After having to explain my choices through several phone calls, Mike met me on his day off so I could empty my car. He was extremely kind and helpful.<br>Then I forgot my house keys in the center counsel (?). Becky found them and mailed them to me.<br>Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They showed concern for my welfare.<br>I’m so grateful.
I've only had to stop here once or twice in my entire life but the few times that I have the guys behind the counter seemed very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed based on my terrible description and other lack of knowledge when it comes to vehicles.
They talk down to you like you don't know anything and took them a week to get a part that another place would have in a day. Just all around poor customer service.
Went there with a piece of fuel line for them to match. They "matched" it and cut a foot off the roll. I paid and went to install it. Wrong size. I took it back along with the original and they said "yup wrong size". They cut a foot off the roll of the correct size. Then they charged me for it! Their mistake! I brought a sample! I suggested that this was poor customer service. No effect. Not going back, ever.
From the time I called AAA to the time they showed up it was 25 minutes they were unbelievably fast and efficient. My problem was solved once the driver got there in less than a minute. I am very grateful.
