Jordan drove by and saw my friend that was stuck in the snow on the side of our icy driveway so he came back around and offered his help for free!! He handled everything with professionalism and care. His kindness really stood out! Not many people would do that. Especially in the cold of winter and also late at night. It meant a lot to my friend! I definitely recommend NASCAR Towing for all your towing needs!

Thanks Jordan Swanson, I had such a great experience with this tow company. Jordan came to my friends rescue late at night and did it completely free of charge. I’m so grateful for the kindness and professionalism, truly above and beyond. Highly recommend!

In the middle of a cold winter day, they showed up quickly and helped get my car unstuck. Not only were they professional and efficient, but they didn’t charge me for the service. That level of generosity and customer care really stood out. Highly recommend! Thanks Jordan Swanson!

Highly recommend NASCAR towing if you're ever in need of a tow. I went into the ditch on Thursday and my tow guy, Jordan, was fantastic! He was kind, personable, and professional. His calm and reassuring demeanor helped to put me at ease after a rather nerve wracking experience!

They were able to get to me within a half hour and quickly loaded up my car, very nice and professional! I was still in some shock from my accident and they kindly helped me decide on a collision shop to tow to

My daughter had an unfortunate run in with a deer on a winter night. With a helpful call from the Hermantown PD, NASCAR was able to get my daughter's car off the road and safely into their storage facility for the night. Thank you!

I’m a 70-year-old man and I’ve been around long enough to know how businesses are supposed to treat people. This was not it. My car was towed, and when I called to figure out what was going on, I was met with a tone that made me feel like I was bothering them. I wasn’t yelling. I wasn’t rude. I just wanted clear information. Instead, I got short answers and no patience. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the fees were high and not clearly explained. I asked a few simple questions and felt dismissed. At my age, a little courtesy goes a long way. It costs nothing to treat people with basic respect. I understand towing isn’t a pleasant business, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. I left feeling frustrated and talked down to. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Consumers need to understand their rights before dealing with NASCAR Towing. Under Minnesota Statute 168B.06, individuals receiving needs-based public assistance have the legal right to retrieve personal property from their vehicle without paying towing or storage fees first. This includes people receiving: SNAP (food support/food stamps) Energy or Heating Assistance Medical Assistance (MA) SSI Section 8 Low-income housing programs Free or Reduced School Lunch Individuals experiencing homelessness Individuals eligible for Legal Aid services Individuals who received the Earned Income Tax Credit The law is very clear. If you qualify under any of the above, you are entitled to remove ALL of your personal belongings from the vehicle without paying the tow company ANYTHING. When I tried to assert my rights under this statute and simply retrieve my belongings, I was denied access. I made multiple attempts to resolve it directly and cited the statute. Instead of being allowed to follow the law, the situation escalated unnecessarily. I have written documentation of the communications. No one should have to argue, beg, or feel intimidated just to get their own personal property out of their vehicle, especially when Minnesota law explicitly protects that right. Tow companies are required to comply with state law. Do not rely solely on what you are told over the phone by shady owners. Read MN Statute 168B.06 yourself and assert your rights in writing. Document everything.

Sam and chase are wonderful! My car was stuck in high snow, and out of nowhere they came around and offered if I needed help! They pulled my car out of the snow and I was back on road within minutes! Thank you both!!

We scheduled a tow and they were communicative! I felt really happy with how they treated my car and spoke with me and everything. I’m so thankful. Thanks you guys! And special shoutout to Jordan who is the one that did such good work getting my car out of a tight space and onto the truck :)

WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! Got towed today from a hotel parking lot in Duluth. Guy told me it would be $280 but he would give me a "deal" if I brought $250. "Cash only". As if that's much of a favor. For perspective, my vehicle was in their lot for less than 2 hours and they were 6 miles away from the lot I was in. Once I got there after my daughter's hockey game, I gave my cash to the man there. He took it, counted it, then sent me a receipt for $150. I said "Hey, this receipt says $150." He says "Yeah you gave me $150 right?" He pulls the cash out of his pocket and recounts, then says "I'll send you another receipt." I reply "No, just give me $100 back." He goes "No, it doesn't work that way." I just looked to compare my 2 receipts again and they deleted the links to both. Now I don't even have my (texted) receipts. I did take a pic of the first one and have a blurred image of the second one though. Not much rhyme or reason to the invoice. They just throw out whatever price they want it seems. Not the way you should be doing business. I want my $100 back. Absolute crooks. Response to company comment: My daughter was staying in the hotel with her hockey team. I thought it would be okay to park there for a few hours. It was an honest mistake that shouldn't have cost me $250 cash. I believe that is taking advantage of people. Why are they charging $100 more than law enforcement tows? It was no "mistake" when I got the "wrong" invoice. He counted the cash in front of me and I had to wait 2 minutes for him to write up and send me the receipt. He planned to pocket the rest if I hadn't caught it and confronted him. I know this has happened to more people that didn't have proof once they left because of the "cash only" demand. Towing companies need to be more regulated. Tip: Check your receipts before leaving, to make sure it's correct and screenshot it.

Not impressed with a 200 tow/hook fee . Seems very overpriced and unreasonable.

Thankyou so much to the young gentleman who came to our rescue when we were stranded on Skyline rd in Duluth MN. He was great and fast and then talked about the town and told us some cool facts.

After my father-in-law made the unfortunate mistake of putting gas in his diesel truck, they got to the gas station within 10-15 mins and got us to the auto repair shop quickly! Very fast and friendly service!

Flipped my car on the bridge with my teenager in it… Chase showed up to tow it for me. Obviously, I was upset and scared out of my mind… he was so comforting and kind. He was also very quick, efficient, and safe when removing the vehicle from the scene. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, no guesswork, and that it was executed as planned, no surprises! He checked in on my daughter and my well-being throughout the process, made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and where my car would be, and that I could clean it out when I was ready, no rush... He was so kind, and empathetic when we needed it most!! He also went out of his way to let me know my insurance was to take care of everything & I wasn't to be charged a penny… so idk about being charged exuberant amounts of money as stated in other (accident-related) reviews, Idk how that works exactly... But I was covered in full! I didn't even tip the poor guy! THEN came Dakota who let us in to clean out the car later that day. He could tell we were trying to not dwell on what happened and after reading the vibe from us (trying to laugh not cry vibe), he started joking and laughing with us and just generally helping us to see the silver lining of the situation. He even ran over to high-five me when we found out we both had tattoos of our (shared) favorite TV show, and was just fun and light-hearted when we needed it most! And so patient!! He let us take our time, but also stayed out of our way, not hovering but making sure we knew he was there if we needed anything… & kept reminding us he was not in a rush, so we shouldn't be either. Thank you, Chase and Dakota, you made one of the most terrifying days of my life into something that really wasn’t that bad & even made us laugh! I hope this review gives you some Recognition you guys truly deserve!!

Called and called with no answer then kept calling and when they finally picked up they said an hour to hour and a half so 2 hours later we had to blow the phone numbers up again and then they finally came out. I would recommend someone else for sure. Very unprofessional. Update. Sheriff's office verified that they towed our vehicle from a legal parking spot. Nice to be stranded in superior when a towing company essentially steals your vehicle. They refunded our 150 that we had to pay to get it out. I wish we would have talked with an attorney because I'm still very angry about . Beware!

Chase is a life saver. We had our company truck, Luminaire ETC, not start up in Duluth at the Tribune PU. He was at the truck in less than 10 minutes and got it started right up. Customer is service awesome. Thanks again so much:)

The absolute best! When my car broke down blocking a street I had trouble finding a towing company who said they could be there in less than 3 hours - until I called Nascar. Nascar showed up in under 10 minutes and had my car picked up in a blink. Not only that but they were super kind, made sure that I had all the stuff I needed from my car and then got me into their warm truck asap. I could not have asked for a better service!

NASCAR Towing is hands-down the BEST! Cole was working the day we had vehicle issues and was extremely friendly, so helpful, and very efficient! He arrived quickly when our vehicle unexpectedly broke down while visiting Duluth. Thank you for your outstanding customer service! ⭐

Sam was awesome! He responded really quickly and was super nice. He also took a look at my car to see if he could tell what was wrong. As a college student away from home and without parents to help/take care of the problem Sam did an amazing job. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

I got stuck in the snow and I first called roadside assistance. The first "tow" they sent out after 5 hours on the road, got me stuck even more in the ditch and said they couldn't help me any further since my street wasn't plowed. After my street got plowed I called Nascar Towing, because I didn't trust the company that roadside assistance sent out, and they came out within 45 minutes. The driver was super friendly and he got me out within 15 minutes. I should have went with Nascar towing the minute I got stuck but now I know for the future who to trust and go to when I need help.
