After my father-in-law made the unfortunate mistake of putting gas in his diesel truck, they got to the gas station within 10-15 mins and got us to the auto repair shop quickly! Very fast and friendly service!

Flipped my car on the bridge with my teenager in it… Chase showed up to tow it for me. Obviously, I was upset and scared out of my mind… he was so comforting and kind. He was also very quick, efficient, and safe when removing the vehicle from the scene. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, no guesswork, and that it was executed as planned, no surprises! He checked in on my daughter and my well-being throughout the process, made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and where my car would be, and that I could clean it out when I was ready, no rush... He was so kind, and empathetic when we needed it most!! He also went out of his way to let me know my insurance was to take care of everything & I wasn't to be charged a penny… so idk about being charged exuberant amounts of money as stated in other (accident-related) reviews, Idk how that works exactly... But I was covered in full! I didn't even tip the poor guy!
THEN came Dakota who let us in to clean out the car later that day. He could tell we were trying to not dwell on what happened and after reading the vibe from us (trying to laugh not cry vibe), he started joking and laughing with us and just generally helping us to see the silver lining of the situation. He even ran over to high-five me when we found out we both had tattoos of our (shared) favorite TV show, and was just fun and light-hearted when we needed it most! And so patient!! He let us take our time, but also stayed out of our way, not hovering but making sure we knew he was there if we needed anything… & kept reminding us he was not in a rush, so we shouldn't be either.
Thank you, Chase and Dakota, you made one of the most terrifying days of my life into something that really wasn’t that bad & even made us laugh! I hope this review gives you some Recognition you guys truly deserve!!
So far so good ! Costumer service is very understanding and down to earth and very busy Their shop looks very clean they have nice new tow trucks and the yard is very organized

Called and called with no answer then kept calling and when they finally picked up they said an hour to hour and a half so 2 hours later we had to blow the phone numbers up again and then they finally came out. I would recommend someone else for sure. Very unprofessional. Update. Sheriff's office verified that they towed our vehicle from a legal parking spot. Nice to be stranded in superior when a towing company essentially steals your vehicle. They refunded our 150 that we had to pay to get it out. I wish we would have talked with an attorney because I'm still very angry about . Beware!
Chase is a life saver. We had our company truck, Luminaire ETC, not start up in Duluth at the Tribune PU. He was at the truck in less than 10 minutes and got it started right up. Customer is service awesome. Thanks again so much:)

I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS GUY MOE, the owner of NASCAR TOWING. After giving him $1000 cash he pretended to look around for a title. When he couldn't find it he told me it must be at home and that I could come pick it up the next day. .... IT'S GOING ON 3 WEEKS NOWand STILL NO TITLE AND THE GUY REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY$$$BACK. IT'S BEEN NOTHING BUT GAMES THE WHOLE TIME! BE VERY VERy CAREFUL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.!!!!!
Nobody was available in the area and I was referred to another company that also could not help me. I was referred to NASCAR Towing,LLC by another type company that couldn't help. I was told it would be $100+ to get gas brought to be plus an additional amount to give me a jump.

The absolute best! When my car broke down blocking a street I had trouble finding a towing company who said they could be there in less than 3 hours - until I called Nascar. Nascar showed up in under 10 minutes and had my car picked up in a blink. Not only that but they were super kind, made sure that I had all the stuff I needed from my car and then got me into their warm truck asap. I could not have asked for a better service!

Sam was awesome! He responded really quickly and was super nice. He also took a look at my car to see if he could tell what was wrong. As a college student away from home and without parents to help/take care of the problem Sam did an amazing job. I would HIGHLY recommend!!
I got stuck in the snow and I first called roadside assistance. The first "tow" they sent out after 5 hours on the road, got me stuck even more in the ditch and said they couldn't help me any further since my street wasn't plowed. After my street got plowed I called Nascar Towing,because I didn't trust the company that roadside assistance sent out, and they came out within 45 minutes. The driver was super friendly and he got me out within 15 minutes. I should have went with Nascar towing the minute I got stuck but now I know for the future who to trust and go to when I need help.
Had to wait a bit through AAA service but they were pretty busy. Sam arrived and took care of everything expertly. Sam was friendly, competent, and fast. 5 star service. Thank you.

Locked my keys in my car. Should be clearer when quoting prices. Was told it would cost "one hundred and a half dollars". I thought that meant $100.50. Total bill was actually $150. At least the driver was prompt, professional, and friendly.

After having one tow company cancel on me, the boys at NASCAR towing came in less than an hour on the monday following the big blizzard this November, they were quick, helpful, and had a great attitude about the whole thing. They wouldnt even let me help! Great service, I believe the drivers name was Sam and i didnt catch the other guys name.
After this blizzard with 23inched my daughters
and my Truck got hopelessly stuck in our ally! NASCAR towing came out they were on time and extremely professional and friendly! They went out of there way to get the vehicles out and made sure we were able to drive away safely! I highly recommend these guys!

After I accidentally locked my keys in my truck, I called a well known name among tow companies for assistance. They couldn't arrive for at least two hours so I asked who they would recommend and Nascar Towing was immediately mentioned. I was relieved to hear the driver, Sam say he could be there within fifteen minutes and he did keep his word by arriving on time. Using the right equipment, the door was unlocked and I was on my way. I will definitely use their services again for towing or any other type of road emergency. Sam was a great guy to do business with and I highly recommend Nascar. Call with confidence!
These guys are awesome. I have used them in a pinch TWICE. Always reasonably priced and always professional and courteous. Once they delivered my full-sized truck to a local shop in the middle of winter in the freezing cold. Nothing but a great attitude the entire trip.
The second time I had them move my luxury sedan (BMW) across town to a different property. These cars are difficult to tow because there is not a permanent tow hook, most of the underbody is plastic and the suspensions are aluminum. NASCAR had the experience to do it. Absolutely no damage and I even learned a few things along the way. If I could give bonus stars I would.
