Bear did a great job. I ordered my tires online, and they didn't show up for my appointment. They checked the status of my shipment and even got a second set of tires shipped to ensure they came in. Great service.

His quotes for work are always cheaper than than the other shops and his work is outstanding. I had my Ford F-250 repaired and painted by Rice Lake Collision Center. First of all, Adam (owner) was readily available for a quote and his quote was significantly better than 2 other large, national body shops in Duluth. He was also able to get my truck repaired within a reasonable time-frame, and 3 months sooner than competitors. And lastly and most importantly, my truck looks great! I highly recommend Adam and his staff at Rice Lake Collision Center. They are very competent, professional, and customer oriented.
