I don't live in Duluth anymore but when I did, I drove past this shop. Run down, looks like no one is there because the door is always shut. One night I was driving and I saw a light on. I don't know if it was the owner and an employee but it was a young girl (Mexican?). Something wasn't right, I debate stopping and calling the police. I should have but I kept on going. I wouldn't trust this place if I were you, it's sketchy.
I was stranded in Downtown Duluth with a car that wouldn't start. K-J was the only tow service who responded to my phone calls. Lowell did his best to make on-site repairs but ultimately had to tow. His service was both timely and reasonably priced. 5 stars,
Wonderful service, highly recommend! KJ Auto helped us out when our truck broke down late on a Saturday night. Called KJ Auto to tow it to their shop and they were prompt and friendly. They were able to figure out the problem and fixed it within a day. Lowell is extremely nice and went above and beyond what was expected. I can't recommend them enough!
Very good service. The best in my experience. The owner has always been very friendly and has helped me in many ways. I believe them to be honest and reputable. I highly recommend this auto shop.
Would rate zero stars if I could. My mustang was towed there and I've only been able to get a hold of the guy once trying to get my car out. On the phone he said he was out of town (while they day it was towed he told me I could get it out the next day) and asked if I wanted to sell my car to him. I said no and that's the last I've heard from him. He will not answer calls from myself or a few of my concerned family members. And now I'm stuck with the feeling that I'm never going to see my car again. Terrible, unreliable and sketchy service.
Prompt service and great price in comparison. Also had a lug issue on one of my trucks and stopped just for some tightening (they didn't do original work) and they helped plus fixed another issue on it at no charge. Great place!
I was very disappointed when when I went to pay my bill for getting out of the ditch and they charged me $150.00 just to go to the site. They also charged me to get me out of the ditch and equipment which is what I was expecting to pay. I found this action very dishonest and I will make sure that I never use their services again. I called other tow Companies around town and no one charges that much so it's a rip off. make sure you ask them before how much it would be
Waiting for tow this company,comes by stops to make sure we are okay. He was on another call, but stopped to see if we needed a phone or anything else.. AWESOME
