When it is your friend's car that gets towed in, it sucks. However when it doesn't start, and you want to get it out they will bring over a jumper to help you out. There was no extra damage from towing. Professional and polite, but my friend that parked over 24 hrs in Minnesota was not happy that day.
Car was towed after an accident and we were told it was a $175.00 “hookup” fee. Car was towed 4 blocks and then we were charged 675.00 or were threatened that the car would be impounded for daily fees as well as the 675.00 charge. Absolutely criminal

Not only did they help me get out of the car wash, but they also had me follow them to your heated garage, where they promptly installed a new battery and made sure everything was working perfectly before sending me on my way. Friends car was impounded due to no fault of her own. We went to pay to get it out and unlike ANY other towing company, they required the title as well as money. Mind you this is in a college town where many folks don’t own the vehicles they drive, much less have the title with them which is a rediculous requirement. Once we had her parents drive an hour with the title to us, they then raised the bail amount out of nowhere, being rude the whole time. Being in a situation as bad as it already was, the least they could do is be a decent person.
I’ve never seen such unprofessional service at such a over inflated rate, windows left open, only common courtesy to roll up, but arrogantly told not my responsibility, total jerks
Austin came to help my friend with a tow and he legit cared about her, not just her car. He showed respect and kindness and was good at his job. Thank you.
Do not work with these guys, they cancelled my tow without ever notifying me. When I contacted the dispatch regarding this they claimed they called me and also claimed they attempted to tow me but nobody ever showed up. The dispatch was extremely rude and unfriendly regarding this issue. Never work with these guys.
My car died in my work parking lot due to a bad starter. Collins Brothers was out to provide me a tow in less than 30 minutes and dropped my car off at my house. The driver was very personable and helpful (I forgot to get his name!)
I called AAA because of a flat tire. Collins Towing showed up within 30 minutes and had the tire changed in 5 minutes. Very professional, courteous and friendly! I would recommend them for any of your car emergencies!

Dakoda was at our location 40 minutes before the time we were quoted. Dakoda was patient, kind, professional, and very accommodating. I can’t thank him enough for helping us out so late at night.
Dakota arrived within minutes. He was courteous, kind, and professional. Because of the excellent service we tried to give him a gratuity and he politely declined stating he just enjoyed what he does. He had the car which the front tire was facing at a 45 degree angle on the tow bed within minutes. Definitely recommend and would recommend Collins Brothers going forward!
I liked Collins Brothers as soon as I met the driver. The gentleman was professional, thorough with excellent time management skills. Waited less than 30min for the tow and under 10min for my car to be properly safe and secure.
Sadly, I witnessed a school bus driver verbally abuse and maliciously attempted to run the tow truck driver off the road as he finished the task. Given the traumatic event that jeopardized the safety of the children on the bus and his own, I don't think I've ever seen a person display that much grace and compassion before.

Devin and Austin came over within an hour or so of calling them. My van was thoroughly stuck in a deep sink hole of mud and they were able to successfully pull me out in a very short amount of time. Very professional and nice. Definitely recommend!!
I was on my way to an event in duluth and went in the ditch. Collin brothers was my second call but had someone there in roughly a half hour.I was helped by Colton and he was very polite and proficient, made it to my event right on time. Competitive rate with others in area.
