The staff was friendly and helpful. They were patient and reasonable with me. Prices are fair. When shipping, they properly packaged and secured the pallets to make sure things were safe through travels.
I called talked to a receptionist about a 11 Malibu to scrap the lady typed it into her computer said 175 I said cool I live in Gaylord she said 100 to come get it I said I had to talk to my 18 year old daughter it’s her car I was at work on a Friday and she calls to get her car picked up She talks to Neil, he says she will receive nothing for her car even with new tires someone comes to get it Saturday morning and I told them I had already promised it to a family friend he retracts and offers 100 I said no it was the point they were trying to take advantage of my kid I’ll give the car away to a family friend first thanks you can keep your 75

The place seems well organized and the parts are good, but the girl at the counter Has an off putting attitude. When you ask questions about parts or procedures she seems difficult to talk to. I think she has the wrong personality to be in that position.
I bought a diesel engine from them a few months ago. They let me inspect it before purchase. I had some questions and even though their pizza just showed up for lunch they still took the time to answer my questions and show me a video of it running. The engine was very complete and is running great 3 months later.
Great service from everyone I dealt with. Took photos of the part b4 I ordered, called me when it was pulled and even helped load it into my truck. I highly recommend using them for any parts you need!
Very poor experience. Ordered a rear end for my truck paid $500 shipped to Fargo. Picked it up, took off cover found metal chunks on magnet and a chewed up ring gear. They wanted to charge me another $150 to get a new one. Brought rear end 450 mile round trip back to them to get a rusted out rear end, bad brakes, and bearings. Very poor customer service. Hopefully no one makes same mistake as me!
Usually the parts I get are fine but as of late they been rusty like this starter I got from them, I told them to look at it make sure it will work for me to put it into a car. Well went out within a month

They go above and beyond. I went to pick up a transmission and on the way there I was thinking of other things the vehicle needs I was a woman on a shopping trip at the junkyard. They took me out to the field and showed me some options. After that another employee went out to look for a modular they don't normally have in the inventory list dug one out for me and had me on my way. 😁 Dealing with a woman in a shopping mood at a junkyard can't be easy for the workers.
Bought an engine and was told it was a good running engine but found that it wasn't only asked for a small amount of money back so I could get the engine running right after paying a fair amount for it and they wouldn't help me out. Would not recommend buying engines unless you're ok with spending more money afterward.
I just ordered a rear drive shaft. $40! they had it off and ready to go for me right after we hung up the phone. Dani was so nice to talk to on the phone. great help!
I ordered a bumper for my audi a4 and paid $260 for it. By the time I got around to putting it on it turns out they gave me the bumper off of an a6 and won't return it even though they gave me the wrong part. I also bought a fender which fit just fine they just gave me the complete wrong bumper after I drove 45 minutes one way to get it the first time.
