I recently took my trailer to this shop for a repair. We agreed on a price of $230, and I paid after the work was done. A few days later, I checked my bank account and realized they charged me more than the agreed amount.
When I called, they said the guy who handled it was new and made a “mistake.” I’m sorry, but how do you accidentally charge someone the wrong amount after clearly agreeing on a price? That’s not a small error. On top of that, most of the staff don’t speak English well, and it’s very hard to communicate with them, which just made the situation more frustrating.
I told them if they didn’t refund the difference, I would dispute the charge with my bank. After that, the manager called and said he would send the difference through Zelle. I waited 24 hours but nothing. I called back, and suddenly they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. One of the techs even told me to go ahead and do whatever I want.
Then the owner got on the phone. He was extremely rude and, honestly, acting like the victim. At one point he even said he doesn’t want to work with “people like us.” That’s ironic considering they’re the ones overcharging customers. Instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to turn it around on me.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, and zero accountability. Be careful if you decide to do business here. Double-check your receipts and your bank statements. I personally won’t be coming back.
Says they are open Ive knocked on the door and called multiple times even honked the truck horn multiple times no answer no help. A man pulled up in a red dually truck saw me sitting here and completely ignored me and went inside I went to the door right after he went inside and still no response terrible service DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Needed a tire replaced on my trailer and these guys were awesome. Super quick, really friendly, and the price was way cheaper than I expected. They even checked the other tires for me just to be safe. Can’t beat good service like that—definitely coming back if I need anything else!
These guys are not trustworthy if you are mechanic and you watch them doing it may work for you otherwise they going to tell you they fixed a things you didn’t even tell them to fix in your truck or trailer . Then when you check your truck and trailer may not even touched and they make you pay a work they didn’t even do so don’t take award from them just pay and trust what you watch them doing . I know a lot of guys whom still had the problems they took to these guys and paid .
A bit of a wait before anyone t acknowledged that I was even there in order to get me checked in for a trailer washout. No complaints though on the washout. It was reasonably priced. They did a good job and were fairly quick to get it done.
I called this shop yesterday ahead of time and they said it’s okay and they change the whole language when I got there despite the harsh weather I been through and the phone I called So I would Suggest you don’t waste your time with this guys unless you are in desperate situation they use to be good but I take they get rich of Africans now n that’s what happens when people get rich of your community n they start disrespecting your community.
They are very nice welcoming people. And they will tell you how much the truck will cost before they start working. Because they want your satisfaction
Had a good experience with primo truck and trailer shop, Alex is a hardworking guy. Appreciate the services I received, and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a decent price for all truck and trailer services.
I went there today for a truck wash and I was very pleased all the way around, got the truck washed in 20 min or so. Nice people, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. The prices are what you’d normally expect, they seem high, but for the job they did, I’m not complaining. All in all, I’d definitely go back.
These guys came to the rescue when one of our loaded trailers needed emergency repairs. Fair rate, and immediate service, that can’t be beat! Will definitely use these guys again, if we have any future repair needs around Gaylord, MN.
Good honest work here. Won't try to up sell you things you don't need. Has shower and laundry machine so you can get that done while you wait for repairs
Quick and easy. It was busy, but they made quick work of the line. Pricing is reasonable.
We had our 40ft class A RV washed here for around $40. Well worth it as this normally takes me hours to do myself.
