If I could give zero stars I would. I get that towing companies are not the place that you would typically give a review for but when I say this place is crooked, I mean this place is MESSED UP!! I have lived in my rental townhome for a year and a half. Never once have I had any overnight guests have issues with their cars. Well my boyfriend was parked at my house in the visitor parking. At 1:30am Wednesday, I was given a video from my neighbors security camera of this crooked towing company taking pictures of my boyfriend’s car scoping it out. Then that Sunday morning, we wake up to his car missing. Like this is next level shady stuff. I guess this is how they make their money. WHAT A JOKE!!!
Called dut was told that they didn't have any vehicles to use right now what tow truck company doesn't have tow trucks so much for using local businesses I wouldn't call these guys again for anything
I am from out of state called every time to let them know not to tow but the one time I forget after doing it for a year they towed my vehicle. Couldn’t give one person a break.
My car was towed by mistake from my townhouse complex, Stonybrook. I woke up went to my car and It wasn't there. I remembered the company HOA (act management) uses, called them and indeed it was there. PLM claims they left a sticker on my car as a warning which they clearly didn't, they didn't want to show me the pictures they took to prove for the sticker since they were for office only. I had to pay $305 cash to get my car out when I did they messed up the alignment. I contacted my HOA(Act Management) since they hired them, explained the situation I still had to prove my car was taken without cause. They talked to PLM and arrange for a refund. That was January 29, it's April 17 and no refund had been issue. I would call to remind them and PLM would say yes I will put it in the mail. Then they stopped taking my calls. My HOA also reminded them last month and said the same thing, check will be put in the mail. Still no sign of any refund. Not an honorable company.
When business is slow this towing company will roam town home complexes and apartment buildings looking to tow hard working middle class people just trying to get by. Just one day it cost $345 to pick up a vehicle from impound.
Terrible towing company, would give them a negative score if possible. Illegally towed my car along with many others from my apartment complex. Did so at 1 am on a Friday night knowing they were only open for 3 hours in the morning Saturday for extra lot fees. Can’t say enough bad things about this company. Charged me an excessive amount for being less than 3 miles away from where I live. Damaged my bumper as well so they clearly don’t know how to properly tow a vehicle. Wouldn’t use them under any circumstance. The employees are terrible to work with and seem to be proud of ruining peoples weekends. It’s a predatory company that should be sued out of existence.
These people are not.only rude but also tow the wrong vehicle but then lie about it . They " after hours" person has to be one the most uneducated people I have ever talked to . These guys roam parking lots to confiscate vehicles and end up taking the wrong ones. My advice to anyone is stay clear this is a corrupt company who makes innocent t hard working people pay for their mistakes.
They were fair and professional, did the job they were hired to do. It just really sucks that my friends will not come visit me because they are afraid that they will be towed out of my apartment parking lot.
my HOA towed my car due to the snow. There was a huge SNAFU with getting my car towed by a different company. These gentlemen were very personable in the midst Of a very frustrating circumstance for me. They towed the car back toy home in a timely manner and as I had directed.
Is an impound fee fun, no. Is paying for a tow fun, no. But did I get the best service you can expect, absolutely. Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago my car was towed (reasonably so, they have signs everywhere at my boyfriend’s apartment; he just forgot to get me a visitor’s pass) and when I called to confirm if my car was at their location, the gentleman I talked to on the phone was polite and respectful. It was around $300 to get it back and the gentleman was kind during the transaction. These folks are just trying to do their job and I appreciate you guys for being professionals despite the negativity. Thank you.
